Masonry, Carpentry and Plumbing maintenance work at HWBF, Vadodara for the year 2024-25.

Making arrangements for attending masonary works each day by engaging Skilled mason at site , work like repairing of Brick masonary plasters, chambers,flooring,grouting of foundation bolts, waterproofing,fixing of sanitary fittings like W.C. pan ,EWC, making new small type pump foundations etc. civil repairing works etc.complete as directed by the Engineer.

Making arrangements for attending carpentry works each day by engaging Skilled Carpenter at site , work like repairing of door shutter , making of small furnitures,K metal boxes packing work, making of board,banner, & its fixing work,repairs of window shutters etc.complete as directed by the Engineer. ( Tools will be arranged by the Contractor.)

Making arrangements for attending plumbing/ sanitary each day by engaging Skilled Plumber at site works like repairing of all building toilets GI lines , fire network C.I. lines, making new connections for service water lines , TBP,MEE,ETP Plant process HDPE lines maintenance work as and when required basis etc. complete as directed by the Engineer. ( Tools will be arranged by the Contractor.)

Making arrangements for maintaining the office record like entering the AVI, store records , official files records , misc. work superivesion by engaging the Skilled qualified worker preferably person having knowledge of working on computer etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Making arrangements for assisting Unskilled Helpers to skilled manpower like Mason,Carpenter,& Plumber, etc., maintenance jobs at plant areas by engaging unskilled Helpers etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer. ( Tools will be arranged by the Contractor.)

Cleaning of storage tanks of water coolers every fortnightly, flushing with fresh water completely etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Cleaning of overhead tank, underground sump and MS/HDPE tanks on plant buildings four times in a year including cost of labour, tools, tackles, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Servicing of rolling shutters of plant buildings of all sizes and gear/chain operated, pull/push type etc. including removing rust, minor repairs, cleaning and applying grease for smooth operation etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and supplying of wooden packing boxes made out of 12 mm thick surface finish pine wooden planks with 2 nos. side supports of 20 X 75 mm to all vertical sides and 2 nos. of bottom supports of 75 mm X 75 mm with seperate top covers of size 700 mm X 700 mm for fixing on box including nailing of tar paper to all inside surface box and covers etc. complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. (Note:- Inside dimension of box :- 700 MM X 700 MM X 590 MM , thickness of each planks:- 12 mm , two nos. bottom supports should be 750 mm X 75 mm X 75mm thick & two nos. of internal drum seperators planks of size 700 mm X 75 mm X 12 mm thick and before supplying these boxes one sample box must be checked or approved by E.I.C.)

Providing and supplying of 20 mm thick surface finish pine wooden planks in following required sizes for packing work including cost of transportation, stacking to store of Civil section etc. complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. (Note:- Before supplying these wooden planks one sample must be checked or approved by E.I.C.)

Providing, supplying, stacking as and when required of Ordinary portland cement of 53 grade in 50 kg packing bags confirming to IS code 12269-2013 of Ultratech/ACC/Ambuja or equivalent grade including cost of transportation, stacking to store of Civil section etc. complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. (Note:- Before supplying, brand and grade of cement must be approved by E.I.C.)

Supplying & stacking,laying,spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes including spreading in uniform thickness etc.complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing, supplying, stacking as and when required of Common burnt clay building bricks of class designation 7.5 of modular size 19 X 9 X 9 CM.(Approx) confirming to IS code 1077-1992 of Shreenath/Meghani/Chaman or equivalent make including cost of transportation, stacking to store of Civil section etc. complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. (Note:- Before supplying, brand and grade of brick must be approved by E.I.C.)

Supplying and filling in plinth coarse goma sand under floors including watering, ramming,consolidating and dressing etc. complete and as directed.
