Prime Coat Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRT&H Technical Specification Clause 502.

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRT&H Technical Specification Clause 503.

Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Technical Specification Clause 504. B. Grading II i. With Viscosity Graded Bitumen of VG-30.

Bituminous Concrete A. Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.20 Percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.Grading I i. With Viscosity Graded Bitumen of VG-30

Road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using Hot Applied Thermoplastic material withProviding and applying 2.5 mm thick thick road markingstrips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hotthermoplastic material including reflectorising glass beads@ 250 gms per sqm area by fully/ semi automaticthermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profileshoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater andprofile shoe heater including cost of cleaning the roadsurface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materialetc, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface appliedglass beads as per IRC:35. Flat Brick soling Providing and laying flat brick soling layer on preparedsubgrade according to lines, grades and crosssectionshown on the drawing, filling joints with Earth, free fromclay with a Plasticity Index not exceeding 6, watering and rolling the same with three wheeled road roller 80-100 kNas per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 412.

Brick edging laid length wise Providing and laying brick edging laid lengthwise on prepared subgrade according to lines, grades and crosssection shown on the drawing, filling joints with Earth, freefrom clay with a Plasticity Index not exceeding 6, wateringand rolling the same with three wheeled road roller 80-100kN as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 412.

WBM Grading - 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting jhama brick aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with three wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading- 2 as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 405. (A)By Manual Means

Brick masonry work in cement mortar in foundation completed excluding pointing & plastering as per drawing & MoRD technical specifications Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203. a) In 1:4 cement mortar

Plain cement concrete (using jhama brick aggregate) in substructure complete including formwork as per drawings& MoRD technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806,807, 900, 1202 & 1204 (including centering, shuttering,staging etc. but excluding reinforcement) a)P .C.C grade M20 (1:2:4)(Nominal mix) i) upto 5 m height

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 12 mm thick on brickwork/ C.C. work including a finishing coat of neat cement punning with 2.75 kg of cement per sqm in substructure as per MoRD technical specification Clauses613.4 & 1204.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slopeand compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per MoRD TechnicalSpecification Clause 301.5.
