ARMO Civil works for the year 2018-19 SH Providing of Temporary Data Processing Staff And Technical Staff at Rajahmundry Airport

Providing Technical services like assisting Engineers at work site & offices in the following works by engaging the appropriate Highly Skilled people and delivering the services as and when required by AAI and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including the following; Assisting the AAI Engineers in checking the setting out of works, in surveying for checking levels, coordinates and alignments, in checking field data like measurements, assisting in quality control of works, supervision for mixing, placing & curing activities, assisting in extracting samples as and when required, checking & reporting security & safety arrangements of the construction area and the like NOTE : Job Means - 08 Hrs. per day on all working days except Sundays in one calendar month

Providing secretarial services like taking dictation & typing filling dispatching, making statements correspondence letters, estimates and complete knowledge on working in MS office by engaging the appropriate skilled people and delivering the services as when required by AAI and as per the direction of Engineer - In - Charge. NOTE: Job Means - 08 Hrs. per day on all working days except Sundays in one calendar month.

Providing office assistant for secretarial services like taking Xerox, delivering files and letters to various offices, dispatch and making entries for diary and dispatch records and delivering the other services as and when required as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge. NOTE: Job Means - 08 Hrs . Per day on all working days except Sundays in one calendar month.
