M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 in ceiling surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 x 200 size 7 mm thick in vertical surfaces as in dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slab one edge, such as in steps, cooking platforms, and other similar situations all as specified and directed

S&F for vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc., fixed in repairs complete including making good to floor all as specified and directed by Engrineer-in-Charge.

S&F Vitreous China bowl urinals, flat back of size 465 X355 X265mm whitee (back or corner wall type) complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, flush pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe(exclusive trap and waste pie) complete fixed in repairs

M&L for Earthing complete with earth galvanized steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected with galvanized earth lead GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, check nut and washers of GI or steel, GI pipe light grade of 15 mm bore as protection pipe, GI wire of length not more than 7.5 mtr and connected to test point.
