Taking out (desilting) silt, Brick Bats, debris liquid waste sludge in solid/semi-solid state from Manholes including pumping out sludge where ever necessary plugging diverting the flow in the drain if necessary and stacking the removed silt/sludge in deposit away from the edge of manholes, by mechanical means such as jet auger and mechanical vacuum tank as directed including use of safety belt, mask, dry cells torch for lightening inside the manholes and taking similar precautionary measures and removing the sludge etc outside MD land in covered container and cleaning the manholes with clean water etc all as specified and directed:-

a) Manholes of depth not exceeding 1.0 mtr .

b) Manholes of depth exceeding 1.0 mtr but not exceeding 2.0 mtr.

Removal of blockage of sewage line Bore of pipe up to150 mm and systematically cleaning the same using necessary tools mechanically or manually such as passing rope knot bamboo kanti , jet auger, pressure tool and mechanical tools of description of required size including safety measures such as mask for gas etc all as per item of cleaning of manholes flushing the pipes with water after removal of blockage as specified

Removal of blockage of sewage line PVC (SWR) pipes fixed in wall and floor up to150 mm and systematically cleaning the same using necessary tools mechanically or manually such as passing rope knot bamboo kanti , jet auger, pressure tool and mechanical tools of description of required size including safety measures such as mask for gas etc all as per item of cleaning of manholes flushing the pipes with water after removal of blockage as specified

Taking out silt, brick, debris, liquids waste, sludge in solid / semi solid/ liquid state including complete cleaning of septic tank (bailing out water) and suitably disposing off outside MD land in covered container for the following capacities by mechanical means such as jet auger and mechanical vacuum tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

a) 25 to 49 users capacity septic tank

b) 50 to 99 users capacity septic tank

c) 100 users and above capacity septic tank

Cleaning of chocking / blocking of WHB / water closet (Indian/European WC), floor traps, Gully trap using necessary cleaning and pressure tool and cleaning /washing area and re-fixing the grating, etc in position after completion of job packing with white cement, all as specified and directed.

Loose filling with broken bricks of gauge 40 to 80 mm in soakage pits, soakage wells etc including removal of old filling materials all as specified and directed.

Salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 150mm bore laid in trenches and set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 as in bed to drain pipes of 150mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested, including filling complete all as specified and directed.

Salt glazed stone ware Bends and taper bends, any radius nominal bore 150mm complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil , including bracking haunching/ pipe line below ground level,complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, Hard dense soil n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out

Excavating over areas, in Hard or dense soil exc 1.5m Depth but not exceeding 3 m depth

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm (each layer) complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls of nominal bore 110mm of pressure rating 6kgs / cm2 in repair / replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in manhole cover and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form work complete all as specified. (Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately)

Mild steel CRS steel bar for reinforcement 8 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed)not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified .

Reinforced Cement Concrete B-1 1:2:4 (20mm aggregate ) in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Reinforcement cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including dismantling all as specified and directed

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Providing Cement concrete, 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including demolition of existing cement concrete of any description and in any position all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching etc. incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, for 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar complete all as spd and directed.

Porbandar stone masonry work built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per description of serial item No. 30 here in before but except stone complete all as specified.

Taking down plaster on stone wall in cement mortar of any description, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick/stone masonry or concrete surfaces surface in cm 1:4 finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Preparation of new / plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

PTMT grating 140mm fixed with white cement in repair / replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks & from mouths of circulating pipes etc of service water/loft tanks located at roof of the bldgs. at different locations of capacities as under:

Capacity not exceeding 250 litres each

Capacity exceeding 250 but not exceeding 500 litres each

Capacity exceeding 501 litres but not exc 1000 litres each

Capacity exceeding 1001 litres but not exc 2000 litres each Note for item No. 36 1. The contractor will write date of cleaning.& due date of cleaning on Tank as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 2. At the time of cleaning disconnected pipes/fittings shall be reconnected as per existing to made it leak proof complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

25mm bore Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified.

20mm bore Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule fixed in repair / replacement complete all as specified.
