SCHEDULE A :Extension of HT Line and construction of 11/0.433 KV,1X 100 KVA step down sub-station through 11 KV UG Cable for facilitating Power supply in the multistoried building by the name of URBAN CREST at Ramnagar Road No-1 , last under ESD-IV,IGM, Agartala.

Supply of 3- Phase, 3-core, 6.35/11 KV, 95 sqmm, FRLS type, XLPE insulated, Armoured , Aluminium Conductor Power Cable as per IS 7098/II/1985 with upto date amendments.

Supply of HDPE Pipe, PE - 100 Grade, PN 8 (SDR 17) , 110 mm Outer Dia, Wall thickness : minimum- 6.5 mm, maximum: 7.3 mm

Supply of GI pipe : Medium Class of 100 mm dia

Supply of 11 KV,HT, 4 way, Outdoor type feeder pillar /Kiosk with necessary fittings and structures complete as per specification.

Supply of 2.5mtr. Long, 40 mm dia G.l.Pipe Make: TATA / JINDAL

Supply of 60Kg Salt & 55Kg Charcoal ( For 1 Pit).

Supply of fabricated clamps of assorted size of MS flat (50 x 6 mm) with double coat of red oxide primer coating

Laying of 11 KV XLPE insulated cable by Manually digging / Machine drilling horizontally or diagonali direction for road crossing / Water supply line / Telcomunication line/Gas Pipe line etc. including Laying of 64 to 200mm dia Gl /HDPE pipe direct into the earth at a depth of minimum 1100mm below the ground surface with out effecting the existing road including excavation earth for entry pit as per site condition and direction of Engineering ln Charge.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed I XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of all size in the GI Pipe/HDPE for riser including tieup of Pipe with pole by the help MS Flat Clamp (excluding cost of Clamp and Nut&Bolts) as required Up to 400 sq. mm

Supplying and Making Outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 3 C X 95 Sqmm, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.

Providing of Pre-cast cement concretecable identification route marker (1 cement: 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire including centring and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1: 3( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding the plastering of jambs, sills and soffits as per design, drawing and specification of TSECL. The marker shall be embossed "DANGERS: TSECL, ELECTRIC POWER CABLE" with Black colour letter(both side). The visible part shall be painted with Yellow colour japan paint. (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire including centring and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1 :3(1cement : 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding the plastering of jambs, sills and soffits.

Coiling of excess Single/3core/3 /z Core, upto to 400sqmm, HV/MV, XLPE insulated, armoured power Cable direct into earth including excavation of earth upto a depth of 1500mm (Size pit should be 2250mmX2250mm or as per site requirement.) including 1st class bricx protection of two layer f(at brick soling 300 mm. Fine sand (Local quary) for cushioning/bed and refilling and ramming the excavated soil as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply & Laying of 250mm wide and 100 microns thick (HDDPE/LLDPE) pre-warning Yellow colour tape. The warning tape shall be printed in REDletter (in English as well as Bengali) as "CAUTION:TSECL, ELECTRIC POWER CABLE" and to beplaced at about 500mm depth from ground level along the cable route

Erection of 4 Way, HT Kiosk/ 11 KV outdoor Type Feeder pillar made of 10 SWG MS Sheet complete with electrolytic grade Aluminium Busbar,HT Insulators etc. as required provided with locking system and painting, to be filled in structure of MS Angle(50x50x6 mm) & MS flat(40x6 mm) including supply of MS Angle and MS Flat as required and supply of cement,river sand & Jhama bricks in the ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 river sand: 4 Jhama bricks aggregate with 20 mm nominal size) for concreting each leg of feeder pillar.

Supply, transportation , loading, unloading , delivery at worksite, installation and commissioning of outdoor type, floor mounted , 11 KV, 3 phase,630 A, LBS Panel with earth switch , indicator lamps, Trip push button, Spring assisted mechanism, manual operated with HRC fuse.

Earthing with G. I pipe 2.5mtr. Long and 40mm dia, including excavation, refilling with alternate layer of salt & Charcoal as per drawing (excluding supply of G.l.Pipe, Salt & Charcoal, Gi wire, nuts & bolts, etc. as required)

Laying of 8 SWG GI wire at 300mm below the ground level for earthing of Sub-Station equipments from the earth electrode.

Fixing of cut out( set of 3 nos.) on wooden plank of size 24"x 10 "x 1.5 " & cable connections with termination by lugs complete incl. supply of wooden plank ,screws,MS clamp etc.

lnstallation and Positioning of 11/ 0.43 KV, 3-phase , 100 KVA Distribution Transformer with necessary connections & fitting fixing of all allied accessories components as required for making complete in all respect for energizing.

Carriage of 11/0.430, 3-Phase , 100 KVA Distribution Transformer by Mechanical Transport from ESD/ Store/Workshop/ to worksite including loading, unloading and placing as required.

Carriage of line materials such as Cable.AAC, AAAC, ACSR, G.l.Wire,Cross-Arm,Stay Set.Insulators etc.,by Mechanical Transport from the Electrical Sub-Divisional Site / Store to working site including loading, unloading and stacking as required.

Civil work for construction of Transformer base and Fencing by Hard drawn steel wire fabric (welded mesh)as per requirement / approved drawing of TSECL / direction of Engg. In Charge

SCHEDULE B :Providing new service connection and load extension to the premises of Smt. Shila Roy, W/O Sri Prithwish Debbarma, Ganaraj Chowmuhani, L.N. Bari Road within the jurisdiction of ESD-II, Banamalipur, Agartala.

Supply of 3-way, LT SMC Pillar Box, 630 Amp incoming and 250 Amp ougoings switchable with HRC Fuse links.

Supply & making of indoor type LT cable jointing kit for XLPE cable of size: 3C X 120 sqmm.

Grouting of Steel Tubular PCC Pole of ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 rivers and:4 Jhama brick Aggregate of 20mm. Nominal size) including supply of cement, sand and brick aggregate. Complete with excavation, refilling of each, ramming along with centering and shuttering as required

Installation & commissioning of LT SMC Pillar Box-FRP- 3 way switchable with HRC fuse link

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Trench Size: Width-350mm, Hieght-750mm Sand(couhioning): Hieght- 250 mm, Width-350mm/ Protection: Double layer Bricks. Above 95 sq. mm upto 185sqmm

Carriage of 11/0.430, 3-Phase , 200 KVA Distribution Transformer by Mechanical Transport from Store/WorKshop to worksite including loading, unloading , placing etc. as required.

Carriage of 11/0.430, 3-Phase , 100 KVA Distribution Transformer by Mechanical Transport from work site to ESD stackyard /site including loading, unloading ,placing on base etc. as required.
