Providing and placing M25 grade cement concrete (RCC) in open foundations using 43/53 grade Ordinary Portland Cement, 20mm & down stone aggregate and approved quality sand including the cost of centring Using Concrete Mixerand shuttering (excluding the cost of reinforcement only which shall be paid separately) with all leads, lifts/depths and all complete as per the Drawings, Specifications enclosed with the tender document and MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works. Providing and placing in FOUNDATION position HYSD (Fe 500 Grade) reinforcement bars in various structural elements of the bridge including cutting, straightening, bending, fabricating, storing, binding with mild steel annealed binding wire of 18 SWG, fixing in position complete as per the Drawings, Specifications enclosed with the tender document and MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works. Providing weep holes in abutment walls, return walls etc. with 100mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards draining face as per the Drawings, Specifications enclosed with the tender document and MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works. Item to include all labour, materials, tools, equipment, safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work to Specifications.

Providing and laying of Filter Media with granular materials/stone, crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in Clause 2504.2.2 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutments, return walls etc. to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per the Drawings and Specifications.

SUPER STRUCTURE

Supply and fabrication of steel truss ( Structure ) bridge as per detailed drawing. Supply of all structural steel confirming to I.S. 226 - 1969 required for proper completion of bridge including ground erection of the bridge and including one coat of approved quality anty corrosive red oxide paint confirming I.S. 5660 as per specification and drawong including all T&Petc. nuts & bolts, washers, railing of MS flat and also including supply and fixing of shop rivets refered as per drawing. The rates shall include ground errection in thr workshop and its dismantle after inspection, approval and removing of deffects, match marking of all parts numberings and proper stacking in the premises of workshop before cartage to site of work. The work shall be execuited in accordance with I.S. 1915 - 1961 and its latest revision shall be applicable. The rate shall including cost of all materials, its wastage and cutting, bending if required, welding, making holes, shop rivetting, labour, T&Petc. and also including proper stacking after dismantling of ground erection. All required equipments should be arranged by the contractor as his own cost, which shall be taken back by the contractor after satisfactory execution of the job. Also including supply materials. T&P etc. required for proper copletion of the work as per direction of Engineer - In - Charge.

Erection of Steel Truss Structere Bridge as per drawing with required camber including cartage of fabricated parts from the place of stack near site including submission of launching plan by the contractor, (duly weighted by a recognised reputable institution/consultant ) and approved by the engineer-in-charge. Service bolts to used shall be of GKW make or any other as approved by engineer-in-charge, including cost of all labor, T&P, equipments and consumables required for proper completion of the work as per MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works no. 1905 and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level cast steel POT PTFE bearing conforming to IRC: 83(Pt.-1) section IX and clause 2003 of MoRTH specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specifications.The bearing design and drawings shall be got approved from the Engineer-in-charge well before start of the fabrication of bearings. The bearings shall be tested as per the provisions of IRC: 83 in the presence of authorized representative of the Department. The installation of bearings shall be done in the presence of authorized representative of the bearing manufacturer who shall certify the quality of work.

Supplyong and fixing of 16 - 22 mm dia field rivets as per drawing confirming to designation IS 42 RIS - 1148 - 1973 including rivetting with rivet gun, its wastage, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per Direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and applying two coats of ready mix paint of approved brand on steel surface after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade.

PROTECTION WORK

Excavation in foundation in all type of soil and rock met at site as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deteterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material,as directed by Engineer- in-Charge. Also including dewatering from foundation trenches during excavation of foundation, laying of concrete etc including supplyof all materials, labour, T&P etc. also including higher charges / cost of dewatering pumps and fuel etc required for proper completion of the work.cost of all material,labour, T&P and machinery etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 P.C.C grade M 10 Nominal mix 1:3:6

Construction of R.R. stone masonary in cement mortar 1:5 including supply of all materials,labour, T&P,Royalty etc required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Cement plum masonry with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:6 cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P, Roylty etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Hand Packed stone filling in back of wallls including cost of all materials,royality, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates for weir etc with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighting not less than 25 Kg each as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1301. Sr.no:- 14.2

OTHER WORK

Providing and Fixing Title Information Board with PMGSY Logo of PMGSY Project Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
