Out sourcing of services to the Operation and maintenance of 125KVA DG set (02 Nos DG Set) at inside depot area, for three shifts per day with one operator (Semi Skilled), including comprehensive maintenance (daily checking cleaning, monthly, quarterly and half yearly maintenance) and filling up the fuel tank, topping up engine oil cleaning of filters and minor adjustment to the engine tuning up electrolyte and distilled water for maintaining the batteries for engine starting, topping up coolant in radiator as per manufacturers instructions and maintaining daily log sheets for engine, control panels & power control centre located in DG set room, complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. The operator detailed for operation of both DG set as per the following timings:- (a) For 125KVA DG Set - For Perimeter lightings SHIFTS MANPOWER 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs 01 Operator 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs 01 Operator 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs 01 Operator and (b) 125KVA DG Set - For Technical area buildings will work in office hours only.

No. of OPERATOR [SEMI-SKILLED] Per day - 03 Nos.

Note 1 for Item No. 1: (i) Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of take care of house keeping environmental cleanliness, cutting grass, small plants etc., surrounding area of installation upto 20m all round around installation shall be kept absolutely neat and clean. Cost of all consumable stores such as grease, lubricants, cotton waste, minor spares and other required stores for daily operation and maint of DG set.

NOTE for Srl.No. 1 including sub paras here-in-before:- (i) For detail about attending the complaints, priorities, penalties, qualifications etc please refer Sch 'A' Notes and tender documents. (ii) The rates quoted in Column 13, shall not be less than the minimum wages as notified by the GOI/ state Govt/local body, whichever is higher, failing which the tender shall be treated as non-bonafide. (iii) The contractor shall also quote rate/percentage against EPF, ESIC, Bonus, LWC, All taxes ,cess ,levies as applicable including GST and OH&P in respecive column i.e, Column No 14,16,20,22,26 & 28 as per latest instructions of concern department as on "End date of bid submission". (iv) The bid shall be treated as Non-bonafide on following reasons:- (a) Quoting Nil against OH&P. (b) Quotating less than Minimum wages (c) Quoting LWC less than 1%, if applicable as per existing norms of LWC. (d) Quotating Less/Nil against EPF, ESIC & Bonus w.r.t same as applicable according to total number of workmen / wages as per instructions in vogue.

NOTE (Contd/-) (v) The financial effect involved against EPF, ESIC & Bonus shall be paid only after submission of valid and authenticated document in support of proof of payment failing which payment against these heads shall not be made. (vi) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place.
