The intending bidder should have in the last five years ie, from 2021-22 to 2025-26 satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value) as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work such as Consultancy services for survey, investigation, preparation of designs, drawings, estimates,preparation of detailed project report, preparation of techno-economical alignment proposals, designs of pump house, raising main, delivery chambers and distribution networks,package estimate, DTP Proposals of tank filling scheme of value not less than Rs.4.23 lakhs. Work done certificates obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be uploaded. The work done value of the previous years shall be updated to present price level of 2026-27 by giving weightage of 10% for each year

The intending bidder should have prepared DPR of Tank Filling Scheme/Lift Irrigation works /Barrages having length of Raising main/Gravity main & Feeder Mains & Sub Mains /pressure distribution.

Senior Water Resources Engineer-A Post Graduate in Water Resources / Hydrology Engineering with minimum of 5 years experience in the relevant field a 10 Years equals 1 The consent letters of key personnel/man power to be part of the above assignment should be enclosed. The annual turnover of intending bidder who participate for the works shall not be less than the amount put to tender i.e. Rs.8.47 Lakhs in any of the 2 financial years during the last 5 years ie, from 2021-22 to 2025-26. (in all Classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only). The audited Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant duly showing the UDIN i.e (Unique Document Identification Number) along with income tax returns should be uploaded. The turnover of previous years shall be updated to the present value of year 2026-27 by giving a weightage of 10% for each previous year turn over value.

The approach and methodology shall clearly define the Consultants approach to complete the assignment within the time frame a)Fair equals 5 b) Good equals 10 c)Best equals 20

The Bidder should have the following Survey Equipment/Licensed Software for carrying out the assignment 1.The Differential Global Positioning System(DGPS)(Static and RTK) having angular Least Count of 1 Inch and accuracy of 5 Inch both for Hz and Vz distance measurement accuracy of 1 mm +1.5 mm with all the necessary accessories.2.The Electronic Total Station having angular least Count of 1 inch and Accuracy of 5 Inch both for Hz and Vz distance measurement accuracy of 1mm +1.5 mm,with all the necessary accessories.3.Autocad LT 2009 or any equivalent software.4.All necessary vehicles for carrying out the survey work.5.E-Survey Software of latest version.6.STAAD Pro Software of latest version The intending bidder should have availability of above equipment /software either owned or by procurement against self mobilization or by lease agreement entered into before the date of filling the tender.
