Supply and delivery of RCC precast movable Dividers (Zebra Divider Blocks) for traffic control of various traffic congestion locations in Works Division-II Area

Manufacture, Supply and delivery of factory made Precast RCC Road Central Divider Blocks made of M30 Grade cement concrete, using required quantity of Fe415 Gr reinforcement steel, fully vibrated, casted to neat and smooth finish having precise dimensions and properly cured with water having a overall dimension of 900 MM length, 750 MM height and 500 to 100 MM width using 10 Kg of Fe415 Gr reinforcement steel per each block, four nos of 50MM long 12 mm dia steel bar hooks for interlocking. The dimensions, shape, better, inerlocking faces of the single piece divider block are detailed in the drawing aproved by the department and Painting with Synthetic Enamel paints Two coats for Dividers of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost of all materials, manufacturing, supply and delivery charges to site or stores and all labour charges etc.. complete as per SS and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
