Your lowest quotations duly filled in the rate schedule together with a copy of the RFQ

duly signed should be submitted in the attached envelope duly sealed. All the

documents in the tender including all Annexure have to be signed and returned

along with the tender. You are required to quote the Collective RFQ no., RFQ no.

and the due date of opening on the envelope. It should either be posted in the

Tender Box at our premises (address as mentioned below) or sent by Registered Post/

Courier so as to reach us before the closing date/time indicated on top of this letter

which is02.06.2022 at 16:00 hrs.

EMD (Applicable only for works costing Rs. 500000/- and above in value) Clause

will be applicable as per general tender guidelines to all vendors who are not

registered vendors of BPCL and any tender received without EMD or copy of

permanent registration for exemption of EMD will be liable for disqualification.

submitted & payable at Surat.
