SCHEDULE 'A' PART - XV (MISC ITEMS) (Note : The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 1x20 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size in flexible steel conduit with flame proof cable glands complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix of Flame proof LED light-High Lumen output fitting of 120 Watt with exclusive innovative designed, long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium IP65 flood light luminaire with high power LED as light source complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix FLP-WP 4 Way TPN Distribution Board consisting of : Incoming: MCB TPN 32 Amp -01No, Outgoing :- 1.MCB TPN -32 Amp-01, 2.MCB SP 6-32 Amp-08 MCB InLM6 construction with 1no 11/2" ET, 16nos .3/4"ET and 3nos 1"ET cable entries from bottom bu twith out cable glands ,light greye poxy powder coated ,SS hardware complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Flame proof Exhaust fan fan 600mm sweep ,single phase ,240 V cast aluminium body LM-6 with flame proof flap cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Flame proof Wall Mounted Air Circulator fan 450mm sweep ,single phase ,240 V cast aluminium body LM-6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Diesel engine driven generating set minimum 50 KVA, 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts,1500 RPM, 50 Hz power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosure having silent features such as modular bolted construction with fabrication on imported CNC torret punch machines, nine tank treatment process with pure polyster based powder coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions and for out door application/ installation, integrated design thereby facilitating /easy handling installation & shifting of the equipment at site. The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be any type approved by national Physical laboratory as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB-II) latest norms/regulation with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories and PCC foundation for (acoustic enclosure also 30 CM above ground level) as recommended by manufacturer, vibration pad, sand cushioning around PCC foundation, tools and spares, as provided by manufacturer all as specified and as directed with the following specifications.

(A) ENGINE - 3 cylinders, inline, 4 stroke cycle, Water cooled Natural aspirated, developing 80 BHP (minimum), compression ratiom 1500, governor G2, maximumallowable back pressure 4.5kPa at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions of BS:5514., charging alternator voltage 12V, current 35 Amps, starter motor rated violtage 12v, with battery 12V DC, 88AH, fuel system HSD, fuel tank capacity 150 Liter, oil cooler water cooled radiator capacity 20 Liter water pump type centrigal type gear driven The engine shall be provided with electrical starting arrangement & shall give the electrical output 50 KVA at 0.8 power factor, 415Volts at the alternator terminal

(B) ALTERNATOR : single bearing alternator suitable for continuous operation generating minimum 50 KVA at 1500 RPM, 415Volts , 0.8 power factor (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system, confirming to BS 5000/ IS 4722. The alternator is brushless type, screen protected , revolving field, self excited, self regulated through an AVR. The alternator has the following features:a) ± 1.0% voltage regulation (max.) in static conditions(b) IP: 23 protection with insulation class H (c) Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation. The DG shall be provided with display having following characteristic , & controls (a) 16 character x 2 line alphanumeric LCD display with LED backlight(b) Operator interface(c) Provide a record of most recent fault conditions. Fault history stored in the control non volatile memory(d) Provide Alternator data fequency Provide Engine data -Starting (a)Battery Voltage (b) Engine Temp.(c)oil pressure(d)Engine Hrs run.

Controller provide configurable time delay of 0-300 sec to start after remote start signal and time delay of 0-600 secs prior to shutdown after stop signal. AMF PANEL OUTDOOR TYPE :- Suitable for minimum 50 KVA DG Set factory made out of CRCA Steel 3mm thick Sheet floor mounted type and front operated type, totally enclosed dust, damp and vermin proof, all doors and joints will be suitable gasketed to form dust and vermin proof. The panel shall be powder coated with minimum thickness 50 microns, after elaborate pre-treatment to form a long lasting characteristic. Note :- Platform for DG Set shall be provided as under:- precast cement concrete block masonry type 1:5:8 using 20mm graded aggregate with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and set in CM 1:6 over PCC 1:5:10 foundation concrete, 15mm thick plaster in 1:4 and 2 coats of cement base paint complete for foundation of DG set all as directed. The quoted rate shall deemed to include provision of platform as stated above.

Design,supply, erection & installation, testing and commissioning indoor type, heavy duty, electrically operated, Double box girder type over head traveling Crane (EOT) designed & manufactured in accordance to IS-3177 of 1999 & IS-807 of 2006 and with flame proof components, having motor r main host :- 7.HP, Long Travel motor 2.00HP, Cross travel 1.0HP, limit switch rotary + greavity, wheel double flanged , En +-9 Forged (Heat Treated) conforming to IS-2148, class-II capable to handle 2.5 ton load (SWL)with centre to centre clear span 08 metres; Bay length 22 mtr; longitudinal travel limited to 1.5 metre away from the wall on both sides; suitable for operation on 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire AC supply system; with necessary steel supporting structure with clear hook height 2.0 metres from FFL; including all electrical components, control , Cables Safety Control etc, floor operated with moveable pendant control to be operated by means of push buttons from floor level independantly of crab position with protective panel including down shop lead (DSL) trailing cable for CT motion and DSL of fastoon type with FRLSH cable for LT motion complete all as specified including painting with fire resaistant, paint all as per manufacturer's specification all as per standard norms for the teechnical parametres and specification including supply and fixing of 65 mm square bar rail

(i). Considering large span of the crane, Fabrication work of crane girder can be done at site. The joint will however not to be provided at the same points of maximum stress and jointing shall be tested all as per relevant IS in order to ensure strength at the joints is not less than the structure of the girder. (ii). The wheel & hook should be coated with non-ferrous metal to avoid metal to metal contact. (iii). Required speed are as below: a) Host : Main speed 3m/min, Creep speed 1m/min. b) Cross travel: Main speed 10m/min, Creep speed 2m/min. c) Longitudinal travel: Main speed 10m/min, Creep speed 2m/min.

(iv). Contractor/Manufacturer shall be provided dummy load for crane with the crane, the load shall be of SWL +25% overloads. (v). For load testing of cranes, load shall be arranged by contractor and shall be done as per prevailing IS. (vi) Rate of rail section deemed to be included in the quoted rates of crane. (vii). The cranes shall be inspected and certified by CIMFR, Dhanbad or Representative of Accepting officer at the premises of manufacturers/after installation at site. Cost for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate of crane.

Supply & Fix FRP juction box of size outside dimensions 430 x 265 x 170 mm including connector suitable for 63 Amps & MCB SP 6 Amps - 01 No and fix on pole with and including MS clamps made out of 25 x 3mm MS flat iron, nut, bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,Testing and Fabricating Outdoor LT Feeder distribution panel (CPRI Approved) LT electrical distribution panel board floor mounted cubicle type suitable for one incoming MCCB and two outgoing MCCB, one multifunction LED Meter dust proof weather proof vermin proof asthetically designed having at least IP-54 degree of ingress protection fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with front and rear opening including bus bar chamber continuous GI strip earth bus bar 4 strip of Aluminium bus bar 125 amp capacity insulated clour sleeves precilin/ epoxy insulator rai channel cable alloy danger notice board including made out of 14 gauge CRCA Sheet over angle iron frame of size 40x40x6 mm, 30 cm grouted in groung floor and 30 cm above GL including connection with suitable copper cable PVC single core.

Supply & Fix punched type concertina coil 1050mm dia between two layers of fencoing, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (One coil shall be stretched upto 8m length only)

S&F MCB distribution board (DB), double door vertical type DB's with 63Amps MCCB of 16KA type made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof DB, TPN 4way with 200 Amps rated copper busbar, 440 Volts, earth bar IP 43 protection, flush to wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for submain wiring with one run of three core PVC insulated and FR PVC sheathed copper cable of 10 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH 1100 volts grade cable drawn through and including PVC concealed conduits heavy duty grade ISI marked 25 mm dia (External) with wall thickness not less than 1.8 mm with conduit accessories complete all as specified and directed Note: one run of cable and 1 run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one meter length of unit.

Supply,installation,Testing and commissioning of Earthing Grid Copper plate of size 600mmx600mmx3.15mm thick,duly supported on insulator studs on wall with anti vibration bushes with 12 Nos 6 mm dia hole with 12 Nos copper nut and bolts including connecting with copper strip with brazing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
