M &L for preparation of decorated / undecorated surfaces of walls , AC sheet, soffits of chajjah of any description and at any position and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint, exterior grade, complete including necessary scaffolding arrangement for carrying out the work , as required all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation old plastered or unplastered, surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash all as specified and directed

All as per item No. 2 above but on ceiling surfaces

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, stopping nails, holes and applying one coat of oil bound distemper all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood of any description not other wise described ,over 10 Cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M &L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10 CM width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M &L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description and in any position by removing peeled off paint completely by any means over 10 CM width or girth, not otherwise described, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete including necessary scaffolding arrangement as required at site all as specified and directed

M & L for cutting and widening existing cracks not exceeding 1cm in girth in 'V" shape in wall and then filling in CM 1:3 including making good to facings complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down of cement plaster from surfaces of wall of any description including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water etc including complete treatment if any and removing debris to out side MD land all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats of cement plaster on brick / concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, 10mm thick as in base coat and 2nd coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water profing compund (3% by weight) complete all as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separatly under relevant item.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster on concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:6 , finished the surface even and smooth wihout using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement plaster on concrete surfaces of ceiling in CM 1:4 , finish the surface even and smooth wihout using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as per specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer all as speified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, and applying two coat of 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 gm/ litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, all as per manufactureres specification over a coat of primer all as speified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed

M&L for cutting around pipe 110mm bore and open the lekage joint and repair with cement morter 1:1 with water proofing compound and making good the surface with CM 1:3 and touch with cement base paint externally from first floor to third floor complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 62 above but for 75mm dia pipes

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial Bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per Sqm includingcleaning surface in sunken portion all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Min wt 210 gms) (bore dia 20mm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down PVC pipes including all fittings like shoes, bends, swan necks etc of any dia all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipe ,single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC 75mm dia (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.
