M & L for dismantling ACSR or ACC Conductor with steel work all as Specified & directed by EIC.

M & L for Dismantling insulators any type, any size all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points complete all specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for UG cables using dry river sand; gently punning down all as directed and specified. ( Note : For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered)

M & L unreinforced precast concrete cable covers CLASS LV type II, flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid transverse to cable.

M & L unreinforced precast concrete cable covers CLASS HV type I, flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid transverse to cable.

Supply & Fix FRP juction box of size outside dimensions 400 x 300 x 190 mm of make sintex, Cat No GSJB-4030, WITH 4 nos copper busbar of capacity 100 Amps , length 250 mm , 01 Nos MCB SPN C series of capacity 06 Amps as approved by the EIC including connector and fixing on pole with and including MS clamps made out of 25 x 3mm MS flat iron, nut, bolts etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge Note:- The cost of sintex box installation includes making hole of suitable size for entry and exist of cable any size, making new lugs of cables of entry and exit.

M & L for circuit wiring from Sintex box to Street light fitting with 2.5 sqmm 3 core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor flexible cable for electrical connection of light through steel tubular pole all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supply and Fix in side of the syntex box MCCB 4 pole, 415 Volt, fixed type 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply, laying and testing of cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following size:-

16 sq mm 4 core.

25 sq mm 3.5 core.

35 sq mm 3.5 core.

70 sq mm 3.5 core.

Supply & Fix Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 Mtr long) all as specified and as direceted by EIC.

M&L for Zebra painting white & sky blue strips 30 cm height in alternate colour strip upto 1.5 meter from top edge of coping of electric poles with synthetic enameled paint two coats and numbering to poles with 80mm size letter with black synthetic enameled paint all as directed

M & L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to and including GI strip 32x6mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr length by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers etc. of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including provn of GI protection pipe light grade of 40mm bore and connected to earth strip earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (rein forced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs test point etc. Note- GI strip exceeding 7.5 mtr long shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for straight through joint (epoxy) for LT 1100 Volts grade, aluminum conductor including jointing kits, aluminium ferrules and labour complete for making joints and testing complete all as directed by EIC as following Size 16 to 70 Sqmm 3.5 core.

S & F of 100 watt LED street light luminaries comprising of cast aluminium housing, toughned glass, IP 66 protection and and impact resistance of IK07 with 10KV Build in surge protection device wired with all accessories enclosed with glass cover in frame suitable for fixed with including suitable size of GI brackets for fixing of LED street light, clamps for holding the brackets having two coats of syntehetic enamal paint, Nut Bolts all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: Havells or equivalent (considering technical parameters like burning hours, type of body, lumen etc.)

S&F GI tubing light grade for encasing cables for mechanical protection, laid under plinth/floors/ roads/ path /culverts or fixed on walls/on poles by means of MS GI clamps with necessary bolts, nuts and washers all as specified of sizes : -

Supply and fix earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed on channel of over head conductor with the help of suitable arrangement for holding the earth lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanised earth lead all as specified and as directed by EIC.

S&F of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, HT 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core of size cable in trenches/fixed to poles/wall, all as specified and directed by EIC.(Note : (i) Excavation, earthwork, cable joints, sand coushing & cable cover will be measured and paid separately if required)

M & L for erection of Precast HT cable route / cable path indicator,made out of PCC 1:2:4 ,type Bo,12.5 mm graded stone aggregates of size 100 Cm (Height) x 12 Cm (Width) x 8 Cm (Thichness), painted with red colour lettering synthetic paint and letters 4 inch "DANGER,HT 11 KV CABLE" to be written with black colour lettering synthetic paint and embedded in PCC block 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) of size 15cm x 15cm x 20cm including necessary excavation for PCC block c, placed at interval of every 30 M ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of outdoor type cold shrinkable cable end joint for 3 core, 120 Sqmm HT, 11 KV (earth), XLPE insulated heavy duty aluminium conductor cable including making incoming and outgoing electrical connections all as directed By EIC. Make- Dension/M-Seal

S&F of Disc type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts as under Working pressure 11000 volts,150 mm height, 255 mm dia ball and socket type two in series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm 3 core all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping, topping of plinth of panels, repairing / making connected path to panels/ transformer etc as directed at site.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles/panels transformer, and connected path complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix loop type insulator viterous porcelain white,brown or green of small size with overall dimensions 65 x 90 mm,clarance of hole 16mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No.1 comprising of 7/4 mm galvanised MS standard wire of required length fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamps fabricated out of 50 mm x 6mm flat iron and nuts,bolts and washers of suitable sizes including painting with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat red oxide as primer,GI stay rod 16mm dia 1850 mm long MS stay plate GI 300mm x 140mm clearance dia of hole 25-5 mm suitable for HT/LT poles,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Note:-Excavation,earth work and concrete work,insulator shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply & fix of Street light digital Timer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Make : Philips/Bajaj/ Havells/CG/seltech).

S&F in replacement of prestressed concrete pole, 11 metres long 152 mm x 152mm x at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom class 9, erected in true vertical position complete all as specified. (Note :- Excavation/earth work, PCC in foundation/coping etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch "A")

S&F in replacement of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated aor directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and finishing coat of paint

Supply and fixing in replacement of or mounting over four/two pole structure to vertically operated gang operating air break switch (GOD) suitable for 11 KV, 200 Amp consisting of 3 Insulators in each phase (Total 9 insulators in 3 Phase) mounted over the galvanised mild steel channel frame of suitable size, operating mechanism, operating handle made of medium grade galvanised Iron pipe of 25 mm dia, at least 5 mtr long, locking arrangement , connected with 7 leaver lock, moving and fixed contacts, copper jumphers and drop out fuse assembly consisting of two post insulators with jaws mounted over suitable size of mild steel channel for each phase (Total 06 insulators mounted over three channels for three phase) including making electrical connections of all incoming and outgoing conductors all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
