21.1.1.3:Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminnium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately): For fixed portionPolyester powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron )

9.127.1:Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss/ matt/suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS: 2046 Types S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality.1.5 mm thick

9.114.2:Providing and fixing magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard/ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete.Double strip (horizontal type)

OD152005/2026-2027:Supply and Fixing Glass fibre Reinforced Gypsum fabricated light cove as per approved design, including all materials , labour,providing LED strip lighting ,fixtures etc complete, as per the direction of engineer in charge.

OD152617/2026-2027:Providing and laying GAF-Elk or equivalent approved make Shingles over roof slab by steel nails, including providing starter strip at the lower end the roof, over 12mm thick fibre cement board. The rate includes all cost of ridge, finishing the sides with CM 1:3 etc complete in alll respect as recommended by the manufacturer for all lead and lift in all floors.
