Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m in wide for laying of cable, RCC Poles/stays and struts etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The back fill shall be neatly rounded/levelled over the trench to a sufficient height to allow for settlement to the required level all as specified in clause 18.56.6(a) of SSR Part I-2009)

Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and directed by. Note :- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting points.

Supply and laying factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV type 1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid transverse to cable complete all as specified and directed.

Re-laying of precast concrete cable cover suitable for LT cable for protection purpose retrieved from dismantling LT Cable.

Taking out unserviceable LT cables from excavated trenches, ducts, wall, pole etc including removing cable covers, sand, cable joints, pipes, clamps etc, taking out old serviceable cables, cable covers, etc for reuse and removing unserviceable cables, covers etc, for the following sizes of cables complete all as specified and directed:-

REPAIR OF DG SET OF 40 to 63 KVA

Material and labour for servicing, testing of DG sets by technician /mechanic to the installations of DG sets of capacity upto 5 KVA to 30 KVA at various locations of Air Force Station Naliya. Checking and testing complete DG sets on load (Including engine, alternator, AMF panel, body & chases complete) for its proper functioning and making a list of repairs/replacements required to be carried out in different parts of the DG sets. Carrying out general servicing and minor repairs and/or replacements complete all as specified and directed for following jobs:- (i) Checking and cleaning of diesel filters & oil filters, checking only engine oil level and intimating the quantity of oil required for topping, oiling & greasing of engine, alternator battery incl tightening of nuts, bolts, lugs etc. (ii) Checking and servicing of self starter, AMF panel including replacement/ tightening of nuts, bolts, lugs and other such minor works oiling & greasing, servicing of various parts of DG set such as timer, contactors, meters, etc. (iii) Checking, cleaning and adjusting fan belt tension and cleaning & general servicing of exhaust/ silencer including checking for leakage of smoke & rectify. (iv) Checking, cleaning and tightening of electrical connections & cleaning of AVM pads, tightening / replacement of nuts, bolts, & washers.Checking & tightning of battery terminals and connections also topping up/complete replacement of battery Electrolyte if required.Battery Electrolyte cost is included in above rate. (v) Checking output of alternator and adjusting the same to specified values. Note:- (a) Rates quoted by the tenderer are also deemed to include the cost of supply and fix in replacement of minors parts like nuts bolts washers lugs supply and applying oil & greasing and minor repairs to DG set. (b) List of repairs/replacements prepared by the contractor shall be submitted to the Engineer in charge for verification. (c) During servicing any new item required to fix will be intimated to Engr-in-Charge and measured and paid under relevant item.

All as per serial item number 16.00 here-in-before but capacity 40 KVA to 62.5 KVA.

Material and labour for descaling of water jacket(Radiator) of engine by using of radiwash or other non acidic base solution with pressure circulation pump, leak testing, soldering, brazing, checking for leaks and cleaning with clear water complete all as specified and directed for DG set of capacity 25 KVA to 62.5 KVA.

Supply and fix in replacement "V" belt for Radiator fan of DG set of capacity 25 KVA to 62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement/topping up of Engine Oil multigrade (20 W 40) in engine oil tank of DG sets compelte all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement/topping up of Engine Oil multigrade (15 W 40) in engine oil tank of DG sets complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Pre mix Coolant for DG Set as replacement or as topping up in radiator of various capacities complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of Diesel Tank of DG Set from inside by taking out diesel filled in tank and painting outer surface of tank with black paint and writing "Tank Cleaned on date' with white paint and again filling up diesel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of Diesel filter primary & secondary suitable for DG set of capacity 25 KVA to 62.5 KVA of make Mahindra, Cumins, Kirloskar, greaves cotton and Crompton greaves etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of Oil filter suitable for DG set of capacity 25 KVA to 62.5 KVA make Mahindra, Cumins, Kirloskar, greaves cotton and Crompton greaves etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Hose Pipe Set with clips complete with clips suitable for DG set of capacity 25 KVA to 62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Repair/Replacement control wiring of existing specifications and size of DG Set 25 to 62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in relacement Diesel Pipe with benjo bolts, nuts and copper washers etc from Filter to Pump for DG Set of capacity 25 to 62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in relacement Diesel Pipe with benjo bolts, nuts and copper washers etc from Filter to Tank for DG Set of capacity 25 to 62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in relacement Oil pressure switch sensor(LLOP) for DG Sets of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in relacement Phase preventer of AMF Panel for DG Set of capacity 25 KVA to 62.5 kva capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Labour charges for complete checking of AMF control panel on DG sets or separate on site, finding the fault, servicing complete including replacement of unserviceable minor spares and testing complete for manual & Auto operations complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only of new items required for replacement will be measured & paid separately under respective item of schedule.

Supply and install, testing off load type changeover switch of capacity 100 Amps 4 pole ,AC 415 volts 50 HZ with enclosure, side handle operated conforming to IS:13947 incl fixing on wall/panel complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnect the electric connection of DG Sets suitable situated at site and discoupling the DG engine from alternator, Opening of the DG set alternator and taking out worn out parts for repair/replacement work. installation after repair/replacement work reassembling of DG set including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Battery rectifier unit / Diode plate complete as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting to the entire body of DG set including canopy enclosure by scraping out (and flames if necessary the old paint denting spray painting to the entire body of DG set with minimum two coats of synthetic enamel paint to achieve bright finish of Military green colour over a coat of primer and writing MES/SM No of DG Set all as directed to the capacity of DG Set 15 to 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix battery charger Alternator Assembly including all fixing clamps/internal wiring etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix AVR of suiable capacity complete as per existing model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix stop solenoid switch heavy duty 5 kg/cm2, 12 Volt DC complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fix in repairs copper wire terminal of 75 cm minimum length and existing diameter with copper lead aong with brass teriminals for the connection of DG set to Battery as suitable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of lead Acid battereies for DG set of capacity 100 AH 12 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking out Radiator of DG set 25 KVA to 63 KVA for repair,welding,brazing,leak testing & refixing to DG set to its original position and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix AMF Relay suitable for 40 KVA DG Set as per existing size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3 pole power Contractor ML-4,70 A,415 V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of Battery Charger (SMPS type)of 10 Amps for 12 Volt Battery complete all as specified and directed. Make-Koel Green or equivalent

Servicing and caliberation of FIP (Fuel injection pump) & nozzles including replacement of minor parts like nuts,bolts,washers etc of capacity DG Set 40 to 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for cleaning the vegetation/surplus soil around the earth pits upto 1.00 metre all around the pit, cleaning the chamber of the earth pit, moisture the earth pit with solution (water+salt+charcoal+magnesium sulphate) & checking the results after 3 day from moisture of the earthing using earth tester, re-activating the earth pit using suitable measures as required to bring the results within the limits of 1 /2/3/5 ohm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) All materials required for re-activation of earthing pit will be measured and paid separately under supplied only of respective item of schedule. ii) The resistance test of earth pits to be carried out in dry season only. iii) Contractor has to submit the satisfactory earth test result duly countersigned by users fo payment purpose (Testing of earthing should be carried out quaterly for the duration of 1 year (4 times).

Material and labour in replacement of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip of 32x6mm as earth lead up to 7.5 metre long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc. of galvanised iron or steel including provn of HDPE protection pipe light grade of 32/40mm bore and connected to earth strip earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore Sch.40, wire mesh and lugs, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- G I strip exceeding 7.5 metre long shall be measured & paid seperately.

Material and labour in replacement of earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level connected to & inclduing copper strip 20x3 mm by means of nuts and bolt check nuts and washers of galvanised iron sheet, passing through protection pipe of 25 mm dia light grade GI pipe all as shown in electrical plate Nos 3 of SSR Part-I, and connected to earthing test point complete inclduing testing filling of adquate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt inclduing refilling earth and removal of surplus soil upto 50 metre apart and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber precast RCC cover 40mm thick nrinforces with 6 mm dia MS bar 3 Nos both way with handle made out of 20 mm dia MS base water pipe with wire mesh, funnel etc and connecting testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Copper strip exceeding 7.5 metre long shall be measured & paid separately.The earth resistance value less than 5 ohm.Failing to achieve the value the contractor shall be re-do the earthing without any extra cost.

M & L in replacement of chemical earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 90cmx60cm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 3.00 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including Copper strip of 32x6mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers or brazing etc. of galvanised iron or steel including provn of GI protection pipe light grade of 40mm bore and connected to earth strip earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, test point including salt (150KG), Coal dust(100KG) & Magnesium sulphate (150KG) including refilling of earth pit with cultivated soil and removal of surplus soil upto 50mtrs apart etc. complete all as directed by EIC. Note: Copper strip exceeding 7.5m long shall be measured & paid separately.The earth resistance value less than 1 ohm.Failing to achieve the value the contractor shall be re do the earthing without any extra cost.

Supply and fix copper strip 20 x 3 mm fixed with saddles and screws including insulators etc for roof conductor and down conductor above ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Copper strip 32x6 mm fixed with saddles, insulators and screws etc for roof conductor and down conductor above ground, including breazing at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Air termination, single point copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing damaged valve pits and provn of new earth pit chamber of size 30cmx30cmx30cm constructed in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate including cast iron frame with hinged pit cover of size 12"x12" having 7 kg weight all as per electrical plate No.3 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs GI pipe of size 25 mm 1.5 RM long Light grade vertically fixed by means of PCC 1:2:4 of size 2x2x1.5 Cubic Feet for mounting of Copper air termination rod including fabrication work for mounting insulators on GI Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs earthing strip insulators made of any material as PVC/Fiber including nut and bolt suitable for fixing / support of copper/GI strip of size upto 32x6 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.25 mm thickness in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing old paint by paint removerrs or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width of girth from the existing surfce including headers of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting to existing surface by using spray gun with one coat of red oxide and two coat of synthetic enamel paints on existing surface of DG, LT Panel etc etc using Blue/Red/Black colour complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling taking down and removing the old existing unsv non-functional/broken hinges of any description and in any postiion of existing feeder piller boxes/panel boards/feeder pillar boxes etc and supplying and fixing new cold rolled 100mm long medium weight mild steel but hines in position with necessary spot welding etc including making necessary adjustment for free and smooth movement of panel and locking arrangments complete all as specified and directed. Note :- All Hinges fixed in one panel will be considred under one job only.

Material and labour for erection of Precast LT cable route / cable path indicator,made out of PCC 1:2:4 ,type B0,12.5 mm graded stone aggregates of size 100 Cm (Height) x 12 Cm (Width) x 8 Cm (Thichness), painted with Yellow colour lettering synthetic paint and letters 4 inch "DANGER,LT CABLE" to be written with black colour lettering synthetic paint and embedded in PCC block 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) of size 15cm x 15cm x 20cm including necessary excavation for PCC block c, placed at interval of every 30 metre, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement kiosk box for luminaries, weather proof made out of PVC/HDPE/FRP housing fire retardant, non fusing, shock & rust proof, single piece moulded and cover with hinged door, pole mounting type comprising of aluminium TPN bus bar of 60 Amps of minimum size 300x250x150mm, fixed on pole with MS, clamps 30x5mm with necessary nuts, washer complete all as directed. Note :- Rate of TPN bus bar and MS clamp inclusive in item rate.
