Supply,fixing and connecting automatic electro mechanical street light timer switch complete in all respect comprising of input and output terminals completely prewired with suitable size copper wire,bekelite sheet cabinet and time switch. Unit should encased in weather proof MS sheet enclosure with lockable arrangement having TPN copper bus bar 100 Amps 415 volts AC and painted with one coat of anti corrosive solution,one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of spray painting with super enamelled paint of approved colour and having provision of cable entries (incoming/outgoing) and mounted in angle iron frame of suitable height including grouting with PCC complete all as specified and directed comprising of the followings:- (a) MCB TPN 63 amps 415 volts AC-01 Nos (b) MCB SP 63 amps 415 volts AC-02 Nos. Labour for dismantling/taking down existing unserviceable HPSV/HPMV/MH/LED street light fitting of any wattage/model fitted to any height by disconnecting electrical connections for checking its serviceablity for reuse/ repair or replacement of burnt/ worn out accessories including necessary T&P required to repair the same on pole or by lowering down and refixing the same after necessary repair complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i). Unserviceable / burnt accessories shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only. (ii) It shall be ensured that the fittings if found unsv, shall be made serviceable for the entire period of contract with in a period of 8 hours after notifying by the engineer in charge. M&L for painting of erected steel tubular swaged poles of LT over head line (Except embedded protion), 9 M long complete including all MS mounted/fixed with pole, earth protection & water pipe (if exists) with one coat of aluminium paint and providing 05 Nos bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint (black and yellow 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area multi stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated unsheathed drawn through pipe fixed with poles for necessary electrical connections of street light fittings complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-Two run of copper cable shall be measured and paid as single run)

S&F PVC pole mounted junction box protection class IP66/67 weather proof for outdoor installation with hinged door including knockout of cable entry of size 155x210x92mm and connection of LT cable any size with suitable size lugs/thimbles and nut,bolts and washer including necessary fixing arrangement with MS clamp of suitable size including nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed. Make-Hensel Model No-KF1616B or its equivalent.

Dismantling/lowering down the sagged conductors of any description/size or rating from LT poles of any height after removing binding wires/jumpers from insulators and restreching only existing LT OH/ HT OH lines consisting of 2 conductor to 7 conductor of ACSR lines and one GI earth wire of any size and tightening/streching it to permissible sag and binding/re-jumpering with aluminium binding wire of suitable size including replacement of defective/broken insulators of any type complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Linear length centre to centre of the poles shall only be measured). (ii) Insulators shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) cost of binding wire is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by contractor and no extra cost shall be paid for the same.

Supplying, straining and stretching of Over head aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on HT/LT poles upto permissible sag and binding/jumpering with aluminium binding wire of suitable size including replacement of defective/broken insulators of any type complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Linear length centre to centre of the poles shall only be measured). (ii) Insulators shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) cost of binding wire is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by contractor and no extra cost shall be paid for the same.

Fixing only mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat with red oxide Zn Chromium and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes, pier holes, laying of pipe and cables etc. but not exceeding 10 sqm on plan including dressing /trimming sides and levelling/grading & ramming bottom of excavation and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/oose soilcomplete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the strating point complete all as specified.

M&L for Sand Cushioning using clean,dry angular sand completely free from organic and other harmful matters in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 cm (8 cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 cm after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 18cm thickness,complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning shall only be measured and consider for payment.

Trimming of tree branches touching to LT / HT OH lines not exceeding 30 cm girth, shrub, vegetaion, bush and saplings at least upto 5.0 M from outer edge of ACRS including cleaning of road/path/fencing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/uprooting of old deteriorated PCC/steel tubular pole of any description and supplying, transporting, erecting in truely vertical steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts,nuts and screws as specified, including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundations below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in plinth block and coping, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, painting of exposed surfaces of steel tubular poles with two coats of Aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and providing 300 mm wide bands (3 bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint and 2 bands with Black enamel paint) from plinth block and numbering of poles, painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised mild steel pipe/ tubing, 'Light grade' of 50mm bore complete with all fittings, laid in trenches/ under roads, drain , paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & Earth work, Mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers shall be measrued and paid separately)

Disconnecting all electrical connectios of incoming/outgoing cables,dismantling/takig out old/deteriorated feeder pilar box and supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made and tested LT feeder pillar box of size 0.75x0.75x0.25 mtr,cubical, out door type, plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bars of rating 400 amps rating installed on porcelain insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. IP-54 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish painted with two coats of super enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer from both inside/outside, front and rear both side opening type, with apron for cable entry having suitable locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated copper conductor cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size and comprising of the following:- (i) MCCB 320A, 4 pole, AC, 415 Volt, 50 Hz,36 KA thermal adjustible between 70-100%,-01 No (ii) MCCB 200A, 3 pole, AC, 415 Volt, 50 Hz,16 KA thermal adjustible between 70-100%. -01 No (iii) Ammeter 0-500 Amp digital type with CTs ratio 200/5-01No (iv) Volt meter 0-500 V digital type-01 No (v) Indicating lamp for R-Y-B phase neon type- 01 set of three (vi) Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed sotne aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. M&L for preparation of surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth for painting with existing colour or tint complete all as specified and as directed.
