Taking down carefully copper/ aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power etc.) complete including fitting and fixture such as switches, socket, ceiling rose, pendent, regulators, light fittings, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Job including for taking out old gutties, screw, nails, casing caping/ conduit etc. and making good to disturbed surface of wall/ floor/ ceiling etc. to match with the existing surface.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm, FRLS, single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 Volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and capping with all accessories fixed to wall/ floor/ ceiling etc. and including provision of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly including PVC box, ISI marked of suitable size for mounting the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc. complete all as specified and as directed for following:- One light/ fan point controlled by one, one way switch.

One 3 pin, 5 Amp, socket outlet on independent board.

One light point controlled by two, two way switches.

One 3 pin, 5 Amp socket outlet on the same board with other switches.

One bell/ buzzer point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent.

Descrition all as per Srl Item No. 2.10 here-in-before above but with 2.5 sqmm single core cable for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent switch board including 2.50 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacment of sheet metal enclosure 4 ways, double door, triple pole and neutral with 415 Volt, 200 Amps rated bus bar with all accessories fixed in the wall including taking out old DBs of any type and capacity and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacment of vertical type DB, double door, suitable for isolated neutral bar, 4 ways, IP-43 protection, door earthing, mechenical impact strength IK 08 insulated busbar assembly, fixed in the wall with suitable nuts and bolts including 4 pole MCCB 25 Amp 16 KA fixed in DBs as incommer, three phase supply fixed in the wall including taking out old DBs of any type and capacity and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in replacement of energy efficient conventional LED bulk head fitting 10 Watt, IP 65, including twin core copper flexible wire including taking down old type fitting/ holder of any type etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Bajaj Cat Part No. BIBWP 6W LED or equivalent model & make of Bajaj/CG/Havells/Surya or as approved by GE

S&F in replacement of LED street light fitting 15 Watt with pressure die cast housing alongwith prismatic polymer carbonate diffuser and LED with secondary optic with IP 65 protection, including provision of GI pipe, light grade, of suitable size bent to the shape required, fixed in the wall with two Nos. of clamps, nuts, bolts, screws etc. and including taking down old street light fitting of etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of fan regulator, flush type, on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc. as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement for sub main wiring with two runs of single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 6 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant, low smoke (FRLS), drawn through and including PVC capping & casing not less than 25mm wide with all necessary fitting and including one run single core multistranded copper conductor cable, of size 6.0 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant low smoke (FRLS) as earth wire including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size with capping & casing/ conduit with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two runs of main cable and one run earth wire with capping & casing will be measured as one RM for payment.

Note:- New switchs, sockets, switch sockets mounting on the new board will be measured and paid seprately under respective items.

S&F in replacement of PVC rectangular block for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc. with 3.0mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 200mmx150mmx50mm deep, including taking down old unserviceable board of any type and removing the all unserviceable switches, sockets etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- New switchs, sockets, switch sockets mounting on the new board will be measured and paid seprately under respective items.

S&F in replacement of PVC rectangular block for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc. with 3.0mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 350mmx300mmx50mm deep, including taking down old unserviceable board of any type and removing the all unserviceable switches, sockets etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- New switchs, sockets, switch sockets mounting on the new board will be measured and paid seprately under respective items.

S&F in replacement of 25mm dia rigid non metalic PVC conduit including of boxes (Junction/ terminal), all tees, bends, elbow, reducer, bell mouth tubes ends and fixture accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of LED tube 18/ 20 Watt including taking down old unserviceable LED tube from the existing fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of bipin holder suitable for 28/ 36/ 40 Watt tube light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of electronic ballast suitable for 36/ 40 Watt fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized GI earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mmx6mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and galvanized iron or steel, charcoal salt 15cm around the earth plate as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part-I, 20mm dia watering pipe medium grade 1.50 mtr long, GI protection pipe light grade 15mm dia from earth pit to main board including earthwork and excavation in any type of soil, refilling earth and removal of surplus soil upto 50 mtrs, PCC (1:3:6) type CI chamber, precast RCC cover 40mm thick, reinforced with 6mm dia MS bar 3 Nos. both way with handle made out of 6 mm dia MS bar and testing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Length of GI protection pipe and earth lead wire shall not be less than 7.5 mtrs. (ii) On completeion, the earth resistance test to be carried out. If desired value of resistance not obtained, the earthing will be re-done at no extra cost.
