M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers' instructions and finishing the surface fair and even. Note:- WPC will be measured & Paid separately.

S & F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement industrial plug and socket with single pole and neutral enclosures with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 16 sqmm, 4 Core sizes

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil. Note for UG cables, pipes etc.:- Authorised width & depth shall only be excavated, measured and paid as specified in clause 3.2.3 of SSR part II and 19.7.4.1 of SSR part I.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for sand cushioning/filling in trenches for cable cushioning including punning down as specified in MES Schedule Part-I, complete using dry river sand of good quality all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid for.

Supplying & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 2, with peak, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm confirming to IS 5820 (M20 grade concrete) abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab n. exc. 10mm over underground cable for protection all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying galvanized steel water tubing, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings IS marked and laid in trenches under roads, through drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers, for cable protection of 50 mm dia.

Cutting to existing bituminous/ PCC road not less than 30 cm depth suitable for laying of cable through GI pipe and refixing the trench with PCC 1:2:4 material all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

S & F of CRCA sheet metal enclosure of 2mm sheet thickness duly painted with fixing arrangement for housing MCCB and including supply and fixing MCCB 63 Amps, 25kA, 415 V, 4 pole with adjustable thermal and magnetic settings including connections of cables with thimbles etc complete all as specified and directed.
