Operation, maintenance and servicing of central air conditioning plants including air handling units in electrical Sub Station and PSAN2 Chiller Plant on annual rate contract basis

Operation and Maintenance of following A.C. / Chilling plants, which includes the deployment of one number of skilled technician cum operator cum supervisor on daily basis for eight hours a day (from 0900 hrs to 1700hrs) & on all working days observed by HWP (B) for 12 months (one year) of the contract period and deployment of additional skilled/semiskilled & unskilled persons as required during maintenance of the units & Supply of required spares during the period of contract.

Operation and Maintenance of AC plant with Voltas make Refrigeration com-pressor (1 no.), Model Voltas 5F–60, Capacity 40 TR at Electric Substation.

Operation and Maintenance of Chilling plant with Bock India make Refrigera-tion compressors (2 nos.), Model FK - 4, Capacity 7.5 TR at PSA N2 unit.

Supply of required spares of Voltas make Refrigeration compressor, Model Voltas 5F–60 at Electric Substation during the period of contract. Party has to supply spares from original Equipment Manu-facturer / Authorized dealer only.
