M&L for preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide,zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide,zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub-class `B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in two layers, first layer 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 and second layer 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 finishing fair and even and smooth with out using extra cement mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed. (Note : Supply of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only of integral water proofing compound of approved make all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed.

Hackinout old broken glass (any thickness,size,quality or description) from wooden frames or stone,concrete etc

S & F 3 mm thick Sheet Glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fitted with wooden beadings in windows and ventilators

Taking down chowkats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and removing to store complete all as specified

Taking down shutters exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each and removing to store complete all as specified

Taking down shutters exc 2 sq. m each and removing to store complete all as specified

S&F for second class hardwood plain, solid, straight, chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid ,rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned joints all as specified and directed.

S & F 30 mm thick second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. divided in to squares, with plain chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, wire gauge etc. ; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) fitted to chowkats all as specified and directed.

S&F for 3 mm thick Sheet Glass, ordinary quality and glazing in square n exc 0.50sqm in each pane fixed in wooden windows all as specified and directed.

S&F 75 mm long Aluminium butt hinges extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised steel wire pin anodised, type C-22 all as specified and directed.

S&F 75 mm long Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded aluminium section fixed in repairs all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm long Aluminium alloy handles cast type anodised all as specified and directed.
