SCHEDULE `A' PART-IX MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK (Note for items 9.01 to 9.13: The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

SEWAGE DISPOSAL/GREASE TRAP M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary walling with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) using 20mm graded stone aggregates, exc 10cm in width and sett in cement plaster (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Cutting existing CI/DI Pipe in position for inscertion of tee, branches etc of size 150x150x40 mm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L construction of brick masonary valve pit chambers including PCC in foundation 1:5:10 type E-2,40 mm graded aggregate 10 cm thick rendering cement plaster internaly 10 mm thick and with cement mortar 1:4 PCC,1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for coping 10 cm thick height, 3 mm thick MS plate cover with locking arrangement end and angle frame of size 40x40x6 mm including painting to plate cover with synthetic enammeled black paint over one coat of red oxide primer including neceessary excavation and earth work of size 60x60x60 complete all as specified & directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION S&F presure die cast housing along with prismatic polycarbonate diffuser and LEDs with secondary Optic and IP 65 Protection, LED street light luminaires 20 watt complete including provision of suitable size light grade GI pipe of suitable length bent to the shape fixed with two nos of clamp with suitable size of screw etc and neccessary connection with suitable size of copper cable twin core. Make Bajaj, Cat No-BCLST 20WIV2 or equivalent model & make of C&S/CG/PHILLIPS/SURYA/WIPRO/HPL complete all as specified & directed.

Supply,install, commissioning and testing cubical type LT panel board,outdoor type, manufactured by a CPRI approved factory, floor mounted, dust & vermin proof,front and rear operated door with necessary locking arrangement made of 50 x 6mm MS angle iron frame work and CRCA sheet of 3.15mm thick duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint of approved shade after seven tank treatment process both internally and externally. The panel shall be suitable for 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 3 Phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with suitable capacity Alluminium bus bar (1.5 times the incoming switch gear current rating) with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor, thimbles glands and including .multidigitall Voltmeter/amp meter with CTs,indicator lamps(RYB) set of three complete and neccessary excavation work and PCC work all as specified and directed with the following accessories :- (a) MCCB 4 Pole 63 Amps,50 Hz, 415 volt with rupturing capacity 25 KA (incoming) (b) MCCB 3 pole, 415 Volts, 40 Amps, 16 KA (Outgoing)-1 Nos (c) MCCB 3 pole, 415 Volts, 32 Amps, 16 KA (Outgoing)-1 Nos

Supply and fix water cooler 220 Volt,50 Hz electric driven (single phase), having approx storage capacity of 80 litre made out of stainless steel with R134A refrigrator,Temp range 10-25 degree C, Make-Voltas,Model FS2020 or equivalent model & make of BLUE STAR/HITACHI/USHA SHRIRAM complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix water cooler 220 Volt,50 Hz electric driven (single phase), having approx storage capacity of 40 litre made out of stainless steel with R134A refrigrator,Temp range 10-25 degree C, Make-Voltas. or equivalent model & make of BLUE STAR/HITACHI/USHA SHRIRAM complete all as specified & directed.

Deep freezer flat glass top more than 400 litre and up to 400 Litre capacity having sliding double layered glass doors with toughened glass with high dencity PUF insulation Make -Blue Star Model GT400A/AG or equivalent model & make of VOLTAS/HITACHI/DAIKAIN/LG/GODREJ/SAMSUNG complete all as specified & directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION S&F LED Pendent luminaries of 20watt with efficient optics ensuring perfectly uniform illumination optimised and unparalled light distribution tube light fittings interconnectable luminaries for aesthetically appealing downlight application, suspension of 1.5 mtr is including (02 Nos) with twin core copper flexible wire Make Bajaj CAT Part No BPTX 20W LED 4FT WH\ or equivalent model & make of WIPRO/CG/PHILLIPS/GE/OSRAM/C&S/HAVELLS/SYSKA complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and Fix down rod for ceiling fans duly painted with synthetic enamelled paint 600mm long , 15mm outer dia with holes on toth ends of the rod for connection wire complete all as specified and as directed.
