Supply of 30Mtr High Mast System with all accessories. Mast shaft shall be in three section,and made of S 355 grade as per BS-EN 10025, hot dip Galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. The system shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, SS Wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction), Trailing Cable, Double drum winch, Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for mounting LED Luminaires etc. as per detailed design and lightning finial. The mast shall have an integeral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation complete as required and carrying out the following jobs and confirming to particular specifications enclosed. (a) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates etc. as required. (b) Supply trailing cable of minimum 7C 4 Sq.mm. Copper , EPR insulated including junction box at the top, interconnecting cables and connectors etc. as required. (c) Integral motor powered winch for lowering and raising operation of lantern carriage installed inside the base compartment along with mechanical tripping facility and manual handle etc. as required. d). Highmast control panel with 32A, 4P, 25kA, MCCB incomer, 32A FP Contactor, 24 hours timer, on, off indication, Winch control .etc as required .

Copper including junction box at the top, interconnecting cables and connectors etc. (b) Integral motor powered winch for lowering and raising operation of lantern carriage installed inside the base compartment along with mechanical tripping facility and manual handle.

Supply of 400W LED type flood light luminaires with all accessories including driver,interconnections etc. similar to Crompton Greaves model No. LFLPI-400-WW/60-M or equivalent.

Supply of Twin dome Omni directional 2X6W LED Aviation Obstruction Light in cast aluminium housing with lighting sensor as per site requirement.

Supply of 1.1KV grade 3.5C 95 Sq.mm. stranded Aluminium conductor, XLPE insulated, PVC innersheathed, GI armoured and PVC outer sheathed cable conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 with upto date ammendments.

Supply of 1.1KV grade 4C 10 Sq.mm. stranded Copper conductor, XLPE insulated, PVC innersheathed, GI armoured and PVC outer sheathed cable conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 with upto date ammendments.

Supply of Outdoor MV Feeder Pillar Panel ( Fully Type Tested Assembly as per IEC 61439) with double door, outer shell , all inner covers and partitions made up of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, floor mounting, free standing, including providing and fixing 250A 4P Aluminium Bus bar with all accessories suitable for operation at 433 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, A.C. Supply complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing terminal, painting etc. complete and comprising of a. 160A, 35 KA, 4P MCCB with Microprocessor based releases as incomer with R,Y,B,ON, OFF, Trip LED indication lamps, resin cast CT's with multifuction meter - 2 set as incomer with interlock (2 in 1) b. 100A, 25KA, 4P MCCB with thermal magnetic releases with ON, OFF, Trip LED indication lamps as outgoing - 1 Set and c. 32A, 25KA, 4P MCCB with thermal magnetci releases with ON, OFF, Trip LED indication lamps as outgoing - 5 Sets, d. 63 amps 5 pin panle mounting socket to receive DG supply-1 set on one incomer side and e. two spare compartments without switch gear complete with all accessories.

Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates etc. as required and suitable for the existing 30m highmasts (BPP/Bajaj make) for reinstallation.

Supply of HDPE pipe of 63 mm OD of PE 63 PN 4 ISI Marked along with all accessories like socket/coupler , bend etc.

Supply of HDPE pipe of 40mm OD of PE 63 PN 4 ISI Marked along with all accessories like socket/coupler , bend etc.

Supply of Trailing cable of size 7C X 4Sq.mm, 1.1kV Grade Copper, EPR insulated cable as required

Supply of SS Wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction) suitable for Highmast of 30 Mtrs height at Vijayawada Airport Etc. as required

Design and Construction of suitable shallow foundation with M30 grade concrete for the existing 30M high mast with all materials and labour using the anchor plates and template, and foundation bolts supplied against item No.8. (Soil bearing capacity will be provided by AAI for the adjacent area)

Dismantling of existing 30m highmast from the foundation using crane and other appropriate equipments complete as required and shifting to new location at a distance of not more than 500m. Installation of the highmast on the constructed base using crane and other required equipments, fixing and wiring of required LED flood fittings/components as per lighting design, control panel, Junction boxes, connectors,lugs,counterweights, interconnecting the fittings with new cables etc. complete as required and as per the direction of the engineer-in-Charge complete as required.

Design and Construction of suitable shallow foundation with M30 grade concrete for instalaltion of 30M high mast with all materials and labour using the anchor plates and template, and foundation bolts supplied against item No.1. Installation of 30m high mast on the base using crane and other required equipments,fixing and wiring of required LED flood fittings/components as per lighting design, control panel, providing Junction boxes, connectors, lugs, counter weights , interconnecting cables etc. complete as required. (Soil bearing capacity will be provided by AAI for the adjacent area)

Installation of 12 Mtrs high mast with all materials and labour on existing foundation base using crane and other required equipment, fixing and wiring of required LED flood fittings/components, providing Junction boxes, connectors,lugs,counter weights, inter connecting cables etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Outdoor MV Feeder Pillar Panel supplied against Item No. 7 with all accessories, grouting, providing pedastal etc. complete as required.

Laying of HDPE pipe upto size of 63mm OD complete with fitting/ copuler / jointing etc. direct in ground at a depth of 0.75m below the ground level i/c excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. as required.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size above 35 Sq.mm. and upto 95 sq.mm as required in the exising open masonary duct.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size above 35 Sq.mm. and upto 95 sq.mm. as required In existing RCC/Hume/ Stoneware/HDPE Pipe .

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35 sq.mm. as required In existing RCC/Hume/ Stoneware/Pipe .

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 3.5C 95 Sq.mm. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with Flame proof Double compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5C 95 Sq.mm. size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with Flame proof Double compression gland and Copper lugs for 4C 10 Sq.mm. size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Provision of Chemical earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe of length 3 mtr with conductive crystaline compund fitted inside with 40X6 mm ,GI strip of lenth 2 mtr with sealing on both ends , ECO friendly ROHS complient maintence free ,earthing compound of 50 Kg bags ,provision of cap etc. as required.

Providing Baarricades by using with MS Channel ISMC 150 of size 2Mx2MX1M (0.25m below ground+ 0.75m above ground) with 2 runs on each side, grouting with 1:2:4 concrete, fixing, painting the barricade etc. complete as requried and as per site requirement

Cutting PQC concrete (200 mm width X200 MM depth) including chipping, hammering, cleaning & drying etc. Supply and laying of 100 mm NB GI pipe, C- Class with all accessories and filling/finishing with with Cement Concrete (1:2:4) etc. as required

Constructing brick masonry road gully chamber 50x45x60 cm with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including 500x450 mm pre-cast R.C.C. horizontal grating with frame complete as per standard design : With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.
