Fabrication of Bulkhead fittings /Deck fittings /plenum boxes related to various sizes of ducts along with flanges, welding, paint scheme, workshop inspection, installation and welding and installation survey as per drawings to meet requirement of QAP to ensure the trunks without leakages at the joints. Material :- MS plate 3.15mm thick and above
Fabrication of MS Sheet Ducts (1.6mmthk), Plenum Boxes, welding along with flanges, paint scheme, workshop inspection, onboard installation with supports and wire mesh (grills) etc, box up of the trunks, onboard installation survey as per drawings without leakages at the joints to meet the requirement of QAP.
Fabrication and assembling of GI Ducts along with flanges, workshop inspection, onboard installation with supports ventilation outlets by providing metal framed wire mesh, ensuring the trunk joints without leakages by applying sealant, onboard installation survey as per drawings to meet the requirement of QAP.
Inline& end fittings(HSL supply) :Onboard Installation of inline fittings in way of ventilation trunks (MS/GI) installation survey of inline fittings(Volume dampers, fire dampers, Gas tight/smoke tight/ Water tight dampers, diffusers, grilles, valves, filters, punkah louvers, duct flexible, bellows etc ) as per QAP.
Spiral duct with fittings (HSL supply):- Processing, Assembling of Spiral Ducts, workshop inspection, onboard installation duct and inline fittings with deck/BHD fitting along with supports, installation survey as per drawings, ensuring the trunk joints without leakages by applying sealant to meet the requirement of QAP.
Fixing of Insulation after surface cleaning on rectangular ducts (MS/GI) with adhesive and taping with FRP cloth by applying adhesive / self-adhesive tape at joints followed by installation survey.
