Renovation of Exterior and Interior Works and Visual Merchandising (Civil Works)

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within50 metres lead :

20 mm cement plaster of mixl: 4(1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and treated with required chemical compound.

Finishing walls with interior type premium Acrylic plastic emulsion paint of approved brand (Berger/ Asian paints) required shade (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 Itr/10 sqm) over and including base coat of primer applied @2.2 kg/10 sqm

Providing and applying plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing Aluminium work for door, window……powder coated Aluminium section (minimum thickness of coating 50 micron) – all complete

Providing and fixing glazing in Aluminium door/ shutter with float glass of 8 mm thick (smoke colour or as per Direction in charge)- all complete

Demolition of brick work in cement mortar…. All complete

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal& vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding – all complete

supply and fixing of 2 / 1.5 mm vinyl PVC flooring – all complete

Supply , installation , testing & commissioning (SITC) of PVC copper single core wire , 2.5 sqmm

SITC of PVC copper single core wire , 1.5 sqmm

SITC of PVC conduit pipe / casing capping works for required wiring interior

SITC of LED signage for given outdoor name plate

SITC of Main switch box with MCB and timer etc. all complete
