Dismantling of doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter of area 3 sq. metres and below including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead carefully as directed by the site in charge of work

Careful removal of damaged concrete flooring inside guestrooms and verandas including labour charges etc., GST, and other applicable taxes if any etc., complete as directed by the site in charge of work.

Cleaning the wall surfaces and roof by removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc. Including providing, applying and washing the surface with liquid Ammonia Chemical of 5% solution and other chemical cleaning agent as approved by the Competent Authority, of approved brand and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet where ever required, without causing any scratching/ damage to the wall surfaces and finally washing the surface with clean water, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/ structure, all as per direction of site -in-charge

Laying water proofing treatment on roof by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) Laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around as per direction of site -in-charge

Construction of Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as directed by the site in charge of work.

Providing 20 mm thick cement plaster (2 coats in 12mm and 8mm) of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including all material and labour charges etc complete as directed by the site in charge of work

Providing Anti-termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as directed by the site in charge of work

Providing color washing with two coats of weather proof emulsion after scraping dust surfaces on walls with emery paper, including all labour and material charges, transportation charges. etc. complete as directed by the site in charge of work.

Cost, supply and fixing of prefabricated WPC Door frame including cost, conveyance of the materials, labour charges and fixing charges etc. GST and other applicable taxes etc. complete as directed by the site in charge of work.

Providing and fixing M.S. Grill frame of 50x5 mm flat and fixed with 10x10mm dia. square bars for windows including all materials, labor, T & P etc. complete as directed by the site in charge of work

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section, uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, G.I fasteners for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. complete as directed by the site in charge of work

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as directed by the site in charge of work.

Providing and fixing dado/skirting of 10 mm thick tiles of approved make and on 12 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ), and filling of Joints complete as directed by the site in charge of work

Cost, supply and fixing of Sanitary & Plumbing items including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, laying and fixing in position charges etc. complete item of work as directed by the site in-charge (Please refer Annexure – A)

Providing electrification including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, GST and other applicable taxes etc. complete item of work. All materials should be of Standard and approved ISI make. (Please refer Annexure – B)

Providing 52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement items including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges

Construction of Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including laying, curing etc. complete as directed by the site in charge of work.

Providing and laying Coping in cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)on newly constructed wall

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as directed by the site-in- charge
