M&L for Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates upto eight storied building including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. including taking down old frame with shutter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side/top hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m upto eight storied building including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified.

M&L for 4.8mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with Aluminium glazing clips in square n exc 0.5 pane upto eight storied buildings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones up to eight storied buildings Note : Reglazing shall be measured separately

M&L for securing existing Aluminium Glazing frame upto eight storied buildings including drilling, Screwing, joining cleats, glazing, snap beading etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplied and fixed in repairs 1mm thick laths, Steel rolling shutters, with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ball bearing for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to steel gate of garrage of size exc 3sqm by taking down and necessary welding work including welding of Hinge, Cleats, MS Plate, MS Sheets etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Welding work will be carried at site by arrangement of welding machine without any extra cost to the Government. The cost of Hinges, MS Plate/angle, Ms sheet etc will be paid separately under relevant item of Sch.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks, portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M&L for Preparation of old steel surfaces and applying one coat of Epoxy Paint over 10cm width or girth Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5sqm but not exceeding 4sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) and disposing off complete all as specified.

S&F 2nd class hard wood, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 17 above but wire gauged shutter with wood grain printed PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (900 ) used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading . The panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of wood grain printed PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12 mm thick toughened glass for door, partition etc. of any size and side portions of toughened glass fixed to wall / floor, joints sealed with clear silicon silicate gel to make water tight, edges with diamond cut including taper drilling to flush the screws / all fitting as required, floor hinges, patch fitting top, bottom and sides, lock and handles, spider joint etc. all as specified, required at site by manufacturer instructions and complete all as specified and directed. (Floor door spring measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/ specification from bottom to top including removing old water proofing treatement:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 4 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 160 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instruction. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturers instruction. (c) Applying two coats of reflective Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane.

M & L PCC 1 : 4 : 8 Type D2 ( 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE : WPC will be measureed and paid Seperately.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using Water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction finished even and smooth using Dr Fixit 301 seal coat, Complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : WPC will be measureed and paid Seperately.

Supply only Water proofing compund Pidilit Dr Fixit 301 or equivalent as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.
