Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in soft/ loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance not exc 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Boring holes under road pavement by bocky manually in any type of soil upto 200 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up GI/ Cast Iron /Ductile Iron water mains 100 mm bore (including all fittings) with spigot & socket ends and lead/tyton joints including burning out lead joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Laying, jointing, testing and commmisioning of DI Pipe 100mm bore as per IS 8329, class K-7 with inside cement mortar lining with spigot and socket ends laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed Note : - Joints shall be measured and paid separetely under relevant item.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of Cast iron Non Return valve 100 mm bore without by pass arrangement , swing type, confirming to IS 5312, flanged ends pressure rating PN 1.0 complete including taking out unserviceable NRV complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Itralic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm height on existing main header, suction/delivery pipe lines, Pumps and motors and UG sumps etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface Excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep averaging 15 cm deep for cleaning the area by cutting the unwanted bushes/vegitation growth in and around the area of installation/around the valve pit chamber/along the pipe line routes if reqd etc and getting out soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for removing old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth from the existing suction/ delivery pipe line including headers of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting to existing surcface by using spray gun with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paints on existing suction / delivery pipe lines, including headers of any size using Blue/Red/Black colour as per site requirement of first quality complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for high density polythne pipes of size 110 mm (HDPE) of pressure rating 10 kgf/ cm2 (PE-80) laid in to borewell as column pipe or in surface etc, complete including all accessories and jointing materials complete including Taking down old GI column pipe of 100 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pressure gauge 4" dail 0-14 Kgs/cm2 rating complete all as specified and as directed. Make : H-Guru / FIGDIG / EMRALD / DS ENGG

M&L for Jointing of HDPE pipe of 110 mm bore duly heated on ends of HDPE pipe in built with socketed end, flanges, incl nut & bolts and washers etc required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for drilling and tapping cast iron water mains (in position ) for branch connections of 15 mm bore,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for drilling and tapping cast iron water mains (in position ) for branch connections of 20 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for construction of valve pit chamber in PCC (1: 5 : 10) block masonry 200mm thick built in CM (1 :4) with 3.00 thick MS plate and locking arrangement usig necessary 50 x 50 x 5mm thick angle iron on top including excavation and earth work, PCC (1:4:8) type D2 for foundation PCC bed, coping in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, plastering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4), painting with one coat of bituminous black paint on all steel surface and three coats of white wash of chamber 1000 mm x 1000mm x 1200 mm internal size including demolition of unserviceable damaged existing pit complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for excavation in muddy soil from pipe line leaked area upto desired depth fixing clamp/CT joint/Lead Joint /new pipe/fittings of required type and size of pipe line, againg stopping of leakage and checking of any leakage and returning filling of soil for 40 mm bore GI pipe line complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Joint/Pipe will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.
