Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level – 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi-surface paint system for interior sand exteriors using Primer as per manufacturer’s specifications: Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90ltr/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.80ltr/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating & dressing complete.
