Service charge in percentage for following works

(A) Skilled Security Personnel (Gun Man) [ 1 (one) no. Skilled Security Personnel (Gun Man) to be deployed at West Bengal Tele Academy Complex, Baruipur during night shift for the term of three years on renewable annual contract basis and on 24 x 7 basis. Total 365 (three hundred sixty five) shifts (eight and half hours per shift) in a calendar year]. Remuneration at daily rate of Minimum Wages as notified / revised from time to time by the Labour Commissioner, West Bengal will be paid. The present rate of minimum wages vides Order No.40/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dt.04/12/2024 of Labour Commissioner, West Bengal , is furnished below : Each Skilled Security Personnel - Rs.12,356/-. In addition to minimum wages, the following statutory amounts will be paid - (i) Employer’s share of EPF, (ii) E.S.I., (iii) Bonus. A particular Gun Man shall not be deployed more than 26 days during any calendar month of the contract period. The Agency/ Firms should be capable of arranging suitable replacement of Gun Man for the rest four/ five days during a calendar month. (B) Unskilled Security Personnel [Total 9 (nine) nos. Unskilled Security Personnel to be deployed, 1 (one) each for the 3 (three) nos Gates for 3 shifts on 24 x 7 basis, at West Bengal Tele Academy Complex, Baruipur, for the term of three years on renewable annual contract basis and on 24 x 7 basis. Total 3285 (three thousand two hundred eighty five) shifts (eight and half hours per shift) in a calendar year]. Remuneration at daily rate of Minimum Wages as notified / revised from time to time by the Labour Commissioner, West Bengal will be paid. The present daily rate of minimum wages vides Order No. 40/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dt.04/12/2024 of Labour Commissioner, West Bengal , is furnished below : Each Unskilled Security Personnel - Rs.10,212/-. In addition to minimum wages, the following statutory amounts will be paid - (i) Employer’s share of EPF, (ii) E.S.I., (iii) Bonus. Any particular Unskilled Security Personnel shall not be deployed more than 26 days during any calendar month of the contract period. The Agency/ Firms should be capable of arranging suitable replacement of Gun Man for the rest four/ five days during a calendar month. (C) Unskilled Housekeeping Personnel [Total 4 (four) Unskilled Housekeeping Personnel to be deployed, 2 (two) personnel during morning shift and 2 (two) personnel from Monday to Saturday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. ( afternoon and evening shifts), at West Bengal Tele Academy Complex, Baruipur, for the term of three years on renewable annual contract basis [ More or less 1,268 ( one thousand two hundred sixty eight) shifts (eight and half hours per shift) in a calendar year]. Remuneration at daily rate of Minimum Wages as notified / revised from time to time by the Labour Commissioner, West Bengal will be paid. The present daily rate of minimum wages vides Order No. 40/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dt.04/12/2024 of Labour Commissioner, West Bengal , is furnished below : Each Unskilled Housekeeping Personnel - Rs.10,214/-. In addition to minimum wages, the following statutory amounts will be paid - (i) Employer’s share of EPF, (ii) E.S.I., (iii) Bonus. Any particular Unskilled Housekeeping Personnel shall not be deployed more than 26 days during any calendar month of the contract period. The Agency/ Firms should be capable of arranging suitable replacement of Unskilled Housekeeping Personnel for the rest four/ five days during a calendar month. Only Monthly service charge in percentage on total billing amount of monthly wages including EPF (Employer’s contribution), ESI (Employer’s contribution), bonus @ 8.33% as derived by aggregating amount of work (A), (B), (C), (D) and (E) above is to be quoted. CGST and SGST will be paid at the rate in force at the time of raising bill by the successful bidder
