Intake and Tratment Work

Supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. and construction of following works as per type design and drawing complete in all respect. French Well Intake

Supply and installation of Bucket Type Chlorinator of 25 L Capacity.

Construction of RCC cross wall 0.60m high at different tapping point's for protection of intake from flood storm.

Protection Work (as detailed below)

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royalties etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level in 1:2:4 (1 Cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Gravity Main

Providing of all materials, carting from site store to site of work, laying & jointing of G.I. Medium screwed pipes (including supply of all jointing materials like specials, white lead, hemp and oil etc.) in trenches with its cutting, threading and testing of pipe line etc complete. 40 mm

Excavation of earth for pipeline in following strata lift upto 1.5 m lead upto 30 m including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60 m from trenches including supply of labour, T & P etc.all complete assuming that 90% pipe line is laid in trenches, it is estimated that 75% excavation will be in soil mixed with shingle, bajari and boulders and rest 25% will be in medium rock. Dismantling of old and existing G.I. pipes for repair the or for replacing by new pipes as required at site. Medium Duty (class 'B') 20 mm

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.50m in width or 10.0sqm in plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.50m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m in all kinds of soil.

Concrete with cement, coarse sand & 40mm gauge stone ballast in proportion 1:4:8 in foundation and floors including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work, as per drawing and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203.

Random rubble masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar breast walls, retaining walls etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royalties etc. complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 702, 704, 1202 & 1203 of MORD specification.

20mm thick PC plaster in proportion of 1:4 with cement and sand over stone masonry, including racking of joints up to a depth of 1.27cm including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work

Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and fixing of 60*60 cm MS, MH cover medium quality with handle, hinges & locking arrangements. (made of 3mm sheet & 40x40x5mm angle appx. Wt. 21 kg. including painting & cartage up to site)
