Construction of Twin F type quarter at new RWSS colony at RWSS Division Nuapada in Nuapada district.

BUILDING PROPER (CIVIL):- Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m. Initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm.to 7cm. and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m. in depth asper direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand and wel watered & rammed etc . Complete including cost of sand .

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) by using 4cm. Size B.H.G. metal including cost, conveyance etc. complete.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm. Size hard broken granite chips (Crusher broken) including all cost, conveyance , royality etc. complete.

Brick work with Fly Ash brick in foundation & plinth using 25cmx12cmx8cm size bricks having crushing strength not less than 35kg./cm2 with dimensional to lerance 2% in c.c. (1:6) after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in foundation & plinth, basement & for ornametal flower heads plinth moulding & similar such type of works with all necessary projection, cutting, moulding, corebelling, chamfering, watering & curing including cost, conveyance, royalties & all type of taxes of all materials & labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification * direction of the E.I.C.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite of controlled quality having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 250Kg/Cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 with strength of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 4 weeks, centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyance royalitteis and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P & cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in- charge.
