Part-‘A’ between Km 0.000 to Km 4.100 on Shungaster- Kharsanla Road (Altitude between Km 3601-3900 Mtr)

Providing, laying and compacting Dense Bituminous Macadam layer (DBM) to a consolidated thickness of 50 mm on existing road surface as preparatory to the super imposition of DBM mix with pre-coated aggregate conforming physical requirement to table 500-8 and satisfying the composition to table 500-10 mixed with binder VG-10 percentage as per JMF by weight of total mix and percentage of cement as per JMF by weight of mix (For filler) all as specified in MORT&H specifications for Road & Bridge (Fifth Revision).

Providing, laying and compacting Bituminous concrete (BC) to a consolidated thickness of 30 mm on existing bituminous surface as preparatory to the super imposition of BC mix for carrying out surfacing/resurfacing works with pre-coated aggregate conforming physical requirement to table 500-16 and satisfying the Composition to table 500-17 mixed with binder VG-10 percentage as per JMF by weight of total mix and percentage of cement as per JMF by weight of mix (For filler) all as specified in MORT&H specifications for Road & Bridge (Fifth Revision).

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributer @ 2.5 Kg /10 sqm on prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, all complete as per clause 503 of MORT&H specifications.

Part-‘B’ between Km 4.100 to Km 10.300 on Shungaster- Kharsanla Road (Altitude between Km 3901-4200 Mtr)

Providing and applying of Primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying Bitumen emulsion complying with IS 8887@ of 0.75 kg per Sqm using BPD with manual labour.
