Deployment of manpower, instrument, tools, and all connected accessories for Carrying out electricity billing analysis ( both HT and LT) for past 12 months for purchase of bulk power supply from Gujarat Electricity Board (GEB), analyzing tariff structure / Paschim Gujarat Vij Co Ltd rules as applicable for availing incentives and providing suggestions. (a) To minimize Demand expenditure and avoid penalty / infructuous expenditures. (b) To achieve reduction in tariff bills by PF control, T & D billing, Licensee status, optimization of demand control, load factor improvement, minimization of T & D losses, harmonics and improvement of PF by better supply and demand side control. (c) Electricity billing analysis, suggesting & any other measures to achieve energy efficiency shall be carried out for following HT & LT Installations :- (1) HT -2 No (2) LT -5 No Note – (i) Rate quoted shall be included of all T&P, Transportation, boarding and lodging charges and stationery required to carry out said Energy Analysis. Area covered include restricted area hence security clearance is required. (ii) Location is scattered in different areas of Air Force staion Bhuj (within approx 15 Km). Bidders are requested to visit site location before quoting the rates.

Deployment of manpower, instrument, tools, and all connected accessories for carry out on line load survey with portable power analyser for a period of 24 hours at the 11KV incoming panels / VCBs at various MRS / sub stns. This include Checking the efficiency of transformer, its loading pattern, PF, THD, Best Efficiency point and existing losses in the system. Providing suggestions to achieve energy efficiency and energy saving of the system for the following substations/areas. (1) HT -2 No (2) LT-5 No

Deployment of manpower, instrument, tools, and all connected accessories for carry out online load survey for a period of 30 Mins at the Distribuion side of Transformers, checking efficiency of system and its loading pattern, PF, THD, existing losses in the system and to provide solution to achieve reduction in losses and to achieve energy efficiency of the system for the following substations/areas. (1) All Transformers/Substns of 100KVA or higher- 45 Nos.

Deployment of manpower, instrument, tools, and all connected accessories for Carrying out detailed study of LT motors of various capacity up to 100 HP ,assessing capacitor rating required and its location to improve PF ,evaluating potential for VFD and soft starters , conducting motor load survey , checking the efficacy of existing motors, MCC , PCC , other factors affecting motor performance and existing losses. Providing suggestion to achieve energy efficiency in motors and connected electrical system and indicate other energy saving opportunities for following motor :- (1) Pump House (i) Motors up to 100 HP: 04 Nos. (2) Pump House (i) Motors up to 50 HP: 14 Nos.

Deployment of manpower, instrument, tools, and all connected accessories for Carrying out detailed study of HVAC and refrigeration system including all connected system such as chilled water ,condensate water systems and AHU but excluding cooling tower system , conducting performance audit of existing system comparing it with the design data/reference standard. Studying the existing losses, heat gains and providing measures to reduce these. Evaluating potential for energy efficiency by repositioning/capacity utilization etc and to indicate any other measures of energy saving for following capacities of DG sets. Deployment of manpower, instrument, tools, and all connected accessories for carrying out feasibility study and providing suggestions to implement Renewable Energy Sources such as wind and solar energy/hybrid system there modalitities cost benefit analysis based on payback period based on concept of net present value, carring out survay of 15KW solar power plant and giving suggestion for improvement, alternation for making it servisibel and submit detailed report based on site survey at AF Station Bhuj Note:-(Applicable for Item No 01 to 07) The complete work of Energy Audit shall be done by BEE accredited energy auditor and the firm should be enlisted in MES D(VII) category of energy audit. Contractor will submit report of energy audit containing data, analysis covering payback period etc in three hard copies and one soft copy.

M & L for taking down old unservisible compressor by duly disconnecting existing electrical connection , disconnecting suction and delivery line etc. and replacement of new Scroll compressor capacity 12 TR of Model SZ185 for air/ witer cooled chiller having package AC plant including connecting up with all electrical connection and suction and delivery connection, welding, brazing, Qty 15 Kg, R 407C refrigerant gas charging , testing etc all as specified and directed. Make: Sanyo / Copland / Danfoss / Emerson / Panasonic Note: Contractor shall provide written warranty obtained from manufacturer. 2. Old Unservisible item shall be deposited to MES store Yard.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out hard and dense in soil & Stone

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick in soil

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points.

Supply,spreading and filling of clean river sand spreading leveling in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick as cushioning to LT UG cable complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Punned thickness of dry sand will be measured and paid)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers,class LV type-2,flat of size 300 mm x 180 mm x40mm ,cover embossed "LT CABLE" laid abutting each other with a gap not more than 10 mm ,in such a way that length of cover shall be perpendicular to length of cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable LT cables from excavated trenches, ducts, wall, pole etc including removing cable covers, sand, cable joints, pipes, clamps etc, taking out old serviceable cables, cable covers, etc for reuse and removing unserviceable cables, covers etc, for the following sizes of cables :-

LT cables up to 35 Sqmm, any core.

EARTHING SYSTEM
