Labour Charges towards Replacement of New/Reconditioned Carrying/Return and garland rollers for Dribble feeders.

Labour Charges towards strengthening of the skirt boards on the top of the AFD chain and patch works.

Labour Charges towards Rectification of chain sway for the AFD Chain feeders.

Labour charges towards fabrication and fixing of new rubber on the backside of the skirt board for AFD in each backside as and when required.

Labour charges for patch work on conveyor belts of Dribble feeders.

Labour charges towards inspection /Re-alignment and replacement of Plummer blocks, Bearings & sleeves of All pulleys & tightening of check nut if required by using tools and tackles and greasing then after completion of the work for AFD & DF.

Labour charges for replacement of Head pully and tail pulley including transporting of pulley from stores to work spot at lower elevation including all leads and lifts re fixing of bearings, sleeves and Plummer blocks and greasing AFD & DF

Labour charges towards Realignment gear box with coupling or Gear box with Pulley or Coupling with Motor for AFD/DF

Inspection of Gear Box, HS & LS coupling and tightening of coupling bolts if any of AFD & DF.

labour charges for cleaning and Greasing for all the pulley bearings & geared couplings of AFD & DF.

Labour charges for cleaning and oil top-up for AFDs gear box and dribble feeder gear box

Labour charge towards overhauling & replacement of damaged/reconditioned chain return/feed rollers for Apron feeder

Labour charge towards inspection and adjustment of derailment of chain of AFD chain/fabrication, welding and fixing of AFD return roller frame and base plate/stool

Labour charge towards AFD shear/resilient coupling Inspection/replacement

Labour charges towards Replacement of New or Reconditioned Geared coupling AFD.
