TENDER FOR NEW CATERING STALL ON PLATFORM NO. 2/3 OF ANKLESHWAR RAILWAY STATION.

The bidder must have minimum annual turnover of 3 times of Indicative License Fee in any one of the previous three financial years from catering business. The bidder would submit audited balance sheet and profit and loss account or Income Tax returns of previous three (3) financial years .i.e. 20-xx, 20xx-xx and 20xx-xx, duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.

The bidder must have profit or loss + accumulated reserves + share capital of minimum Rs. 3 lakh in the previous three financial years.

The Bidder should be women either an individual or sole-proprietor firm or a Partnership Firm registered under the Partnership Act, 1932 with all partners as women. The bidder shall furnish self-attested copy of Government approved Identity Proof, such as AADHAAR CARD

The Bidder should have a minimum of three (3) years of catering business experience. The Bidder shall submit a copy of Partnership Deed where catering / hospitality / food and beverage is covered under the Main Objects clause of the agreement.

Specify the Legal Status of the women bidder: Individual Women / Sole Proprietor firm owned by Women /Registered Partnership Firm having all women partners. In case of Firm, registered under the Partnership Act., 1932; Please enclose details of partners along with certificate of registration, details of their business and partnership deed etc. duly attested by Notary
