Supply and lay GI tubing medium grade of dia 25 mm including all fitting such as elbow, tee, socket , cutting, threading complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplied and fixed Gun metal gate valve of size 25mm bore, with iron wheel head , screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cutting the existing GI/DI/CI/PVC pipe of size 50/100/150 mm dia and taking 25 mm dia branch connection including necessary fittings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in Trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation. (Laying of under ground cables and PCC pole) in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply , laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter deep below normal ground connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanised steel , watering pipe of 20 mm bore , galvanised iron medium grade and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth strip protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil , PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4 type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick , reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 kg/Sqm), with charcoal , salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate no 3 of SSR part-I and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth wire with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length.

Supply & laying GI tubing 100 mm dia bore light grade laid in trenches / floor / fixing on pole / wall / roof for cable protection/fixed on roof for fixing of sheet with necessary fittings. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed by Engineer-in- Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting poin complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand cushioning for protection of PVC cable with approved sand of uniform thickness, laid dry, by filling in trenches and punning to proper required cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Punned sand thickness will be measured 18 mm

Supply & lay ISI marked & conforming to IS - 5820 - 1970 unreinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, flate size 250mm X 150 mm X 40 mm in trenches as protection to LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Boring under roads / pavement / hard standing without disturbing the top surface by trench less technology using necessary machine including supply & inserting HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure for passing through the cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Necessary infrastructure required for boring shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost.

Supply and fix PCC route indicator pesestal type of size 30 cm x 10 cm made out of RCC with 10 mm dia rod circular above the GL 60 CM with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 above GL , PCC (1:2:8) in foundation below ground level duly engraved HT/LT cable- MESetc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
