Overhauling of Pumps and Air Compressor on MV Swaraj

PUMPS AND COMPRESSORS: (The firm is to execute the complete SoW as per conditions mentioned in Annexure-A)

The following Pumps and Compressors along with relief valves to be removed from place, shifted to workshop, dismantled, all parts to cleaned, offered to survey and overhauled. Defective parts if any to be replaced. After survey, pumps, Compressors to be boxed back and fitted back in its respective positions, alignment to be carried out and Satisfactory running trials of the pumps and compressors are to be shown to the surveyor, SS & HSL. Mechanical Seals, Bearings, Wear rings / bushes,SS cocks etc., are to supply and fitment by Contractor only. All consumables, required materials, spares, machining works, welding and brazing works are covered in Contractor's Scope.

RDFF pump (vertical-multistage centrifugal pump) is to be overhauled and fit back. Renew Shaft seal and Bearings etc.,

Port main sea water cooling pump. HAMWORTHY, Type-c200, VID 1 capacity- 280 m3/hr; Renew Shaft seal and Bearings etc.,

Harbour sea water cooling pump HAMWORTHY, Type-B200, VID 1 capacity- 180 m3/hr; Renew Shaft seal and Bearings etc.,

Central L.T. forward Fresh water pump to dismantle and offer for survey. TYPE CENTRIFUGAL DOLPHIN VIC, CAPACITY 260 CUBM / HR. Renew Shaft seal and Bearings etc.,

Outer FWD STBD Aux Boiler Feed Pump to dismantle and offer for survey. TYPE GEAR PUMP CR5-20A-EGJ-A-E HOOE.. CAPACITY 5.8 CUBM / HR. Renew Shaft seal and Bearings etc.,

Outer Exhaust gas Boiler circulating Pump to dismantle and offer for survey. CENTRIFUGAL TYPE CLT-H-160 g25d w22, CAPACITY 4.5 CUBM / HR. Renew Shaft seal and Bearings etc.,

Engine room Bilge Pump. HAMWORTHY, Type-C125, VID 3 capacity- 130 m3/hrn. ( Centrifugal ). Renew Shaft seal and Bearings etc.,

Pump Bilge/Ballast p/p (PORT), Q=160 cbm (centrifugal). Renew Shaft seal and Bearings etc.,

Purifier room Bilge Pump to be overhauled. HAMWORTHY, Type-C125, VID 3 capacity- 130 m3/hr. ( Centrifugal ). Renew Shaft seal and Bearings etc.,

Fire pump to overhaul and any worn out parts to fabricate and fit. Shaft seal to renew. Pump make-HAMWORTHY, Type-C123, VID 3 capacity- 100 m3/hr; Renew Shaft seals and Bearings etc.,

Fuel oil transfer pump: Type ACF100 K4 IRBP, CAPACITY 36 CUBM /HR. Relief valves to overhaul. Renew Shaft seals and Bearings etc., After survey pump to box back and function of relief valve to be examined by class and MMD surveyors and satisfactory trial to be shown.

Inner main engine fuel oil feed pump: TYPE A85.21A, CAPACITY 4.7 CUBM /HR., Relief valves to overhaul. Renew Shaft seals and Bearings etc.,

Aft Aux engine fuel oil circulating pump: TYPE ACG045N5 NVBP, CAPACITY 3.9 CUBM /HR. Relief valves to overhaul. Renew Shaft seals and Bearings etc.,

Forward aux engine fuel oil feed pump:TYPE ACE032N2 NVBP, CAPACITY 2.1 CUBM /HR. Relief valves to overhaul.

Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at S.Nos. 1 to 1.15 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (1.16) against third party/OEM invoice.

Compressor:

Aft starting air compressor to dismantle, overhaul completely and offer for survey. After survey compressor to box back and running trial along with lifting of 2nd stage relief valve to be shown to Class and MMD.

Air compressor Coolers to clean, pressure test and shown to the surveyors. While pressure testing if leak observed, Leakage tubes to be renewed. Consider renewal of 02 tubes in each cooler. Each Copper tube dia -10 mm and length - 1 mtr approx.

Relief valves to overhaul. Required material / spares covered in Contractor's Scope.

Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material: For executing of the above mentioned jobs, Contractor has to procure, supply all items and fitted in its place. Contractor has to quote lumpsum cost for required Consumables / Components / Items / Spares / Material mentioned at S.Nos. 2 to 2.03 for above scope of work. The taxes will be paid as per actuals. The cost of spares quoted by the contractor will be considered " on not exceeding basis of total lumpsum cost mentioned in the BOQ for this line item'' for satisfactory completion of the specified SoW. Payment will be made at actuals on not exceeding quoted cost of this Serial (2.04) against third party/OEM invoice.
