Package AC Units Dismantling and Transportation from Machilipatnam

Removing of the existing Ceiling height Aluminum Partition in the AC Plant room at Machilipatnam for facilitating removal of Package AC Units and shifting to the same place in the exchange premises.

Dismantling of existing 7 TR Package AC units (Both indoor & out door) including refrigerant pipe line, MS trays & Cabling, Condenser stands, other related items at MBM Machilipatnam as required for use at Vijayawada.

Transportation of the dismantled PAC Units including 10 Nos Condensers from the terrace floor and 5 Nos indoor units from First floor, including all other dismantled items such as copper refrigerant pipes, power cables, control cables, cable trays, dampers and other accessories from MBM Machilipatnam to First floor of DTAX building, Vijayawada, including loading and unloading with the help of suitable manpower and hoisting cranes including vehicle hiring charges etc. complete as required.(Distance 68 Km)

Repairs & Installation at NIB Vijayawada

Providing complete water servicing to the 1no 7TR ID unit & 2numbers of OD units , complete cleaning of coils, unit surface & making good as required.

Installation of the 7TR Package type AC units along with existing volume control dampers and air cooled condenser on existing PCC foundation/ floor /existing MS structure, necessary electrical connections, etc as per site requirement.

Providing Nitrogen Pressure Testing, Arresting Leakages, Vacuumization, observing the vacuumization for 24 hours for one circuit making system ready for refrigerant gas filling as required.

Supplying and Filling of R22 Refrigerant for Package AC units including testing as required.

ITC of existing Three Phase Blower Motor which shall be directly coupled to the fan blade suitable for operation on 230Volts single phase AC supply suitable for the above shifted PAC units including interconnections , testing etc as required. Note: Blower motor will be recovered from OMCR Package AC Plant at the same floor.

Providing re-winding to the existing faulty OD fan motors of with suitable copper conductor including insulating the winding , removing & refixing and transportation, making good , testing as required

ITC of existing Single phase Out Door condenser fan motor including recovering from the nearby AC Plant in the same compound, along with fan blades, bird grill etc testing and commissioning etc as required.

S/F of A-29 size V belts to the blower motor including replacement of damaged belts etc as required

S/F of the Electronic Thermostats for the Package AC Units including necessary control wiring as required. ( M/s Sub Zero 7510 or similar superior make )

Supplying and fixing of Catchall Drier in PAC unit including removing of the drier, transportation and labour charges etc. as required.

S/F the following copper spares to the above Packaged AC plant installation including welding to the copper refrigerant pipeline, testing & making good as required.

GI Sheet Ducting & Misc works

Providing , fabricating and fixing GI sheet ducting of the following sheet thickness and suitable sizes as required for fixing the PAC discharge air outlet connections with existing Ducting , fixing of the canvas connections, re alignment etc as required.

a) 0.63 mm (24 gauge)

Modifications to the existing supply Air branch ducts to suit the new package AC Units , by removing form the plenum, cutting bending, modifying to suit the openings of the Sidwal Package AC Unit supply air outlet size, re fixing the same making temporary arrangements to avoid leakages of cool air to switch room during execution of work etc as required.

Providing painting to the condenser units cleaning of deposited rust etc for 10 out door units

Dismantling & Shifting of Existing Package AC Units at NIB ,VJA

Dismantling of existing 5 Nos 7 TR Voltas Package AC units (Both indoor & out door) at DTAX, Building Vijayawada without disturbing the existing copper pipe lines, stands etc as required.

Shifting of the indoor units and outdoor units from first floor and Terrace of pump room to ground floor by engaging Crane, Hoist , Manual Arrangement , shifting the units to a safer place in the exchange premises as required.

Supplying and fixing of AMF controller in the above 15 kVA single phase DG set with all accessories as per attached specifications and Installaton, testing ,Commissioning and conducting the all functional tests required by the engineer incharge i/c modification of existing panel board for fixing above controller etc complete as reqd (Utopia GCU 104/SS make)
