For up keeping the standards and housekeeping we proposed to float a tender. In order to execute the above job, we are inviting competitive quotations from you for House Keeping and gardening works at BP Keezhayikkonam. This tender is based on Manpower basis. The Minimum wages for three manpower will be paid by the company mandatorily. As per minimum wages act the minimum wages for three housekeeping manpower is Rs. 31,735.85/- per month. The vendor has to quote the operational charges plus cost of consumables additional to this minimum wages. The vendor has to provide all statutory documents proving that the minimum wages has paid to the staff while submitting the monthly bills. The contract will be get cancelled if it is proven that the all statutory payments included in the minimum wages is not properly executed. The detailed schedule of job is uploaded with the tender .
