12 MLD STP & 14.50 KLD Co- Treatment

Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of 12.0 mld Capacity With 14.50 KLD Co-treatment including Pre-Treatment(Latest Independent Technology). The cost includes cost of suitable foundation, Inlet chamber, pre-Treatment units (including one stand-by unit), Primary/Secondary treatments, Disposal of treated sewage by gravity, Sludge thickening, Sludge dewatering. The STP shall be fully automatic based on PLC/ SCADA with real time remote monitoring system and Online effluent monitoring system with Analysers/sensors and Transmitters for parameters-BOD,COD,PH,Flow,TN,TP,AN/others as relevant at inlet & outlet with provision for access from state level Master Control Station having state of art turbo-blowers, inlet/outlet analysers, corrossion resistant (SS-316) motorised actuator operated gates. The STP shall also have flow meters installed at inlet, outlet and bypass, Level sensors, DO/PH/BOD/COD/TSS/ others as relevant for monitoring in reactors,Inlet and outlet and other required instrumentations including IP based CCTV cameras installed at various location during construction and O&M period. The Cost also includes : DG sets, Electric Substation,& Transformers- for complete STP and MPS load ,Pumps and HT/LT/Control Panels, Laboratory, Store room, admin block, Approach road including all complete works, Site development ,Cesspool Vehicles(capacity 4 KL & 1 KL : one no. each / as per design) , Boundary wall with gate as per Depatmental type design, Staff quarters and other required buildings including toilet for labours complete in all respect.(Price breakup - Civil works: 60% & E/M works : 40%)
