Construction of masonary intake chamber ( size 0.60 m x 0.60 mx0.60m) as per type design & drawing including supply of all materials labour, T&P etc. complete.

Design (hydraulic & structural) and construction of RCC (1:1.5:3) Boulder filled Gallery 6 m length with double ,intake chamber of size (1m x 1m x 2.3m) at sources, Diversioin of stream by any means to get working conditions at site. Execavation in any type of soil mix with shingle , boulder & rock up to required depth as per design. complete as per approved design & drawing including supply of all materials, cartage, labour, T&P etc.

Construction of RCC (1:1.5:3) Roughfing Filter size 1m x1m, as per type design & drawing including execavation in any type of soil & rock up to required depth to get working conditions at site,making connections, supply and filling of filter medi also including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc.complete.

Design (hydraulic & structural) and construction of RCC (1:1:2) Slow sand Filter( 0.60 MLD ) as per IS : 10500 (2012) code for potable water consisting of two equal units of pre-sedimentation Tanks, Inlet Chamber, Outlet Chamber incuding required excavation, supply & filling of approved filter media as per IS code, supply and fixing pipes or making drain for proper drainage arrangement , MS pipes for connecting the units, painting, distempering and cement based paint all inside and outside of filter plant as directed by Engineer -in -Charge etc, all complete including necessary testing and free trail run or 6 (six) and successful commissioning of whole plants, supply ,cartage of all materials, labour T&P etc.

Survey, design (The contractor has to survey the site, take levels with total station, measure the length of pipe with metalic tape on prescribed alignment and submit the design of Feeder Main /Supply main for checking the thickness of pipe before ordering for supply of pipe.On completion of this work, the laid length of pipe will be deemed eligible forsupply. The respective amount for quantity of surplus supply of pipes (which remained unlaid or unutilized) will be deducted from final bill and surplus quantity of pipes will be the property of contractor) supplying, carting, laying & jointing of Feeder Main /Supply main of following size & thickness of M.S. ERW (YST 210) pipe by welding with approved quality ISI marked electrodes of Adwani or Adore make confirming to ISO 3183 : 2007 & IS 816 : 1969 including painting of pipe from inside and outside with anti corrosive paint in two coats and other appurtenant works such as fixing of air valve, sluice valve, reflux valve at suitable points including making scouring arrangement at suitable locations by fixing tee & gate valve etc. complete and also testing & commissioning of laid pipeline including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Dismentling of existing and Re-laying at changed alingment as per site including cartage of pipes, lowering them into trenches, laying true to alignment and gradient, laying and jointing of pipe line including cutting and threading of pipe for making up lengths as required supply of all special, labour T&P etc. for proper completion of work of following sizes (in mm) of GI.

Excavation of earth for Pipe Line trenches of Clear Water Feeder / Supply Main / Distribution pipe line in following strata requiring the use of special T&P such as Pick Axes, Sabbals etc. or by blasting or by crow bars with a lift up to 1.5 m and lead upto 30 m including refilling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60 m from the trenches including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc.

Provide all materials, labour, T & P for Construction of Full brick Boundary Wall 1.5 m high with 23cm x 23 cm brick masonry pillar every meter and 30 cm below ground level , with plaster in 1:4 cement and sand mortar all over and three or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint complete at Intermediate Pumping Stations

Provide all materials, labour, T & P for Construction of M/S Iron Gate 02 nos.with M.S. work in heavy size such as build up gates doors and frames with two nos. 2- brick thick brick masonry Pillars 2.00 m high and 30 cm below ground level in 2 and brick masonry over 10 cm thick PCC 1:4:8 ( 1 cement, 4 sand and 8 stone aggregate). Pillars to plastered all over in 1:4 Cement and Sand mortar, 1.5 mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates complete with two or more coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of steel primer on steel work and acrylic smooth exterior paint for pillars.(Area excluding pillars)

Provision of Barbed Wire Fencing through angle iron posts of size 50x50x6mm and height of post 1.8m weight of wire not less than 9.38 kg per 100m and spacing of row 15 cm c/c barbed wire shall be cross diagonaly of post around the water works site on the top of Boundary Wall as per specifications
