1. Pavilion, Tent, Stalls etc.

Imported Tent Structure with a compressed aluminium frame with white fire-retardant and waterproof PVC Fabric side and roof cover, Hi-tech wooden platform, and synthetic carpet. The tent structure is having different spans as per the drawing attached. It must be without center pillars. The tent must be airconditioned with ductable rooftop chiller units with split air-conditioning units sufficient to maintain the inside temperature below 24 degree throughout the time. The tent must be provided with adequate lighting facilities with LED lights throughout the period of the exhibition, as directed by the client. including that for Police control room, Fire and electrical units - Amenities and storage space for exhibitors

Providing wooden Table with satin cloth top and frill (two to three tables per stall)

Goods Rack made of slotted L section, powder coated [Imported] metallic sheet with steel bracket of size 2.0 M. X 0.30 M x 2.40 M, with 5 slots each

Logo Print Fascia for Maxima Stall, Vinyl print with Fair Logo. Participant name with stall no. [2.00 M x 0.30 M]

Making registration counter with Maxima System and connected works. [8M X 4M]

Making VIP lounge with MAXIMA system- ply panelling and setting door with locking facility. Each lounge shall contain the following. 1. The VIP Lounge shall contain two sofas, one corner table, one teapoe with flower arrangements, two tower VIP chairs, and 10 other chairs, 2. The VIP dining area with wash basins and connected works, 20 chairs, and 5 dining tables, 3. The VIP Toilet unit will contain one European closet, porcelain wash basin, etc. complete

2. Store, Office, Lobby etc.

Store Room with Maxima System and connected works [6M X 3 M] with door and locking facilities.

Office - Making office with MAXIMA system-ply panelling and setting door with locking facility includes tower AC units, Clair and tables (5 M x 6m) or nearest size including 2 nos toilets with European closets, wash basin, toilet paper etc. including providing easy access to the portion, for all days

3. Seminar hall & Media rooms

Arrangements in the seminar hall with the following, Podium, Teapoe, 5 chairs, PA System, presentation facilities, hand mic, codeless mic etc.

Making media room with MAXIMA system- ply panelling and setting door with locking facility of size 6 m x 6 m ft size including two tables, 15 chairs, interview facility and live telecast facility etc. with door

Providing LED Wall (Seminar) 10 ft x 8 ft for locations for 10 days suitably raised according to the height of the dais.

Providing LED TV 55 inches of above, in seminar hall for 10 days (4 nos for 10 days)

Providing Tower AC units of suitable capacity to maintain adequate temperature in main stage, cabling and connected works for stage etc. complete for 10 days (8 units x 10 days =80 days)

4. Main Stage

Providing lighting and sound system in the Nisha Gandhi auditorium including necessary lighting arrangements in the auditorium and stage.

Supplying and distributing white PVC Chair and taking back after the programme (rental for 10 days) (2500*10 =25000 days) including loading, unloading etc.

Supplying and distributing white VIP type armed chairs and taking back after the programme (rental for 10 days) (250*10 =2500 days) including loading, unloading etc.

Providing Synthetic carpet on stage and steps, Providing following units to stage including synthetic carpet , TV - 3 no, Podium, Teapoe, 25 chairs, PA System, presentation facilities, hand mic, codeless mic and adequate lighting arrangements, etc to main stage for 10 days.

Providing LED Wall 34 ft long and 10.2 ft height in stage for 10 days (350 sft x 10 days)

Providing Tower AC units of suitable capacity to maintain adequate temperature in main stage, cabling and connected works for stage etc. complete for 10 days (6 units x 10 days =60 days)

Providing VIP Ramp with handrail and synthetic carpet etc. for the stage for 10 days

Providing cabling and connected works for stage

Green room with Table, chair, cloth Hanger, Mirrors, and lighting for the entire period of exhibition

Providing toilets on the rear side of main stage 2 nos with European closets, wash basin, toilet paper etc. including providing easy access to the portion, for all days

Providing Flower bed for inaugural and valedictory day-using rainbow color combination flowers 60 sft each (two days)

Providing Flower arrangement for cultural meet and youth summit, having an area of 40 sft. For 2 days

5. Performing stage within the Main tent (item 1)

Stage area for product launch and performances etc. with raised platform and synthetic carpet and step, sound system and light arrangements, setting backside drop, Seat arrangement for about 100 Pax.

Providing LED Wall (Seminar) 10 ft x 8 ft (10*8=80sft for 10 days = 800 days) for locations for 10 days suitably raised according to the height of the dais.

6. Food court

Providing food court with aluminium hangar with roofing, wooden platform, and synthetic carpet, providing ample lighting, providing pedestal fans etc.

Special food counters made with MAXIMA system with ply panelling for ten days. [3 Meter X 5 Meter]

Providing food preparation pandal with platform with tarpaulin laying, side masking and cloth ceiling, lighting, plug points and exhaust fans. 15 m x 18 m.

Providing wash basins with plumbing work, water tanks, side panelling and setting at two or three locations

Providing round table and 6 Chairs with cloth cover, frill and turner, [Food Court] for 10 days (25*10 =250 days) including providing 100 additional chairs in the dining area.

Providing Long wooden table with cover and frill for food counters (50*10 =500 days)

Providing VIP dining area of 5m x 5m including providing 3 Tower AC, 4 round table with 20 chairs for food court (1 no * 10 days=10 days)

7. General Arrangements

Providing toilets with wooden platform, carpet, lighting and octa-norm panelling. Mobile toilets with in-built tank. (Ladies-5; Gents 5 No] Each unit having 15 toilets and 5 Urinal Bowls

Providing Electrical shed with Instant Pagoda of sufficient space and height

Providing Structure with tin sheet roofing, wooden platform, synthetic carpet, side masking, lights, fans and raised platform with bed and pillow [for fire force staff, Police personnel, and Medical unit].

Providing Trolleys, Basket to carry books (1 Trolley + 1 Basket for 10 days).

Providing CC TV with Camera and all accessories for 10 days (40*10 =400 days)

Installation of fire extinguishers of suitable capacity to meet the statutory requirements (80 no*10 =800 days)

Providing Branding Logo mounted onto 4 ft ht x 20 ft long podium mounted with acrylic letters 3 inch thickness

Branding in Exhibition halls with vinyl logo print on both sides of (50 flags) mounted on stall of each row

Providing Inaugural arrangements with Nirapara, Pookula, Traditional Lamp, Kaivilakku, Wick, Oil, Camphor, Agarbathi, Flower Arrangements and related facilities.

Cleaning the exhibition ground and auditorium from all rubbish and wastes and pieces of rubble or concrete by engaging labour, machinery or both including sweeping and disposing the rubbish sufficiently away from the proposed exhibition stalls.

Providing used synthetic carpet and under laying tarpaulin/flex in open ground area and walking area.

Tin sheet fencing with square tube frame and strengthening pipe, cross pipe etc. for 8 ft height.

8. Security, Housekeeping etc.

Engaging Security personal for 11 days, 3 shifts per day (25 persons, for 11 days, 3 shifts=825 days)

Engaging Security Supervisor (1 per shift for 11 days)

House Keeping works for 11 days (24 persons for 11 days)

9. Electrical works & Lighting

Providing Ceiling fan for product launch room, food court and other spaces for 10 days (80 no* 10 days)

Providing Pedestal fan of industrial grade for 10 days (10*60 no)

General lighting for ground with MH/other suitable lights in front of the structures (50*10=200 days)

Stage lighting includes Par-64, LED Par, Moving Head, Sharpy, Scanner, Light Trusses and connected items for 10 days (1x10 days)

Providing LED Lights for food counters, Toilets, Wash Area for 10 days (100 no*10 days)

Providing Power Generator/s without Diesel [for Stand by purpose] of suitable capacity to feed all installations (min 125 kVA each) for the full period of exhibition

Providing Diesel for generator (payment against cash bill)

Cabling for KSEB Supply: LT cables with cable of adequate requirements and as per transformer capacity for all days and adequate length without loop for all area

Laison work with KSEB, Electrical Inspectorate etc. to obtain electrical connection including providing necessary electrical connection from the nearest supply line, providing a distribution board, obtaining permissions of all kind etc. (This item involves, transportation and installation of required number of transformers of sufficient capacity, obtaining electrical connection, providing necessary electrical connection from the nearest supply line, providing a distribution board, obtaining necessary permits from KSEB/ Electrical inspectorate etc., But excluding fees to be paid to KSEB/Electrical inspectorate, and electricity charges which will be paid by the client.)

10. Sound system

Providing Sound system for stage program in auditorium, with Microphones, podium mic includes, stage monitor, sound mixture, cordless Mic, collar Mic, P.A. system for all days as per the Technical rider attached. The requirement may varie from day to day, but the maximum requirement is given in the technical rider.

11. Providing Water supply, Sanitation works

Providing water dispenser with 20 L jar on stand in exhibition area 30 nos per day for 10 days

Refilling of dispenser jars (in Exhibition halls, common spaces etc.) 30 nos for 10 days

Refilling of dispenser jars (Dining, Kitchen area) 80 nos. each for 10 days

Water supply to food court and kitchen 10,000 litre/day for 10 days

Water supply to all toilets, wash area, plants etc. for 20,000 litre/day for 10 days

Providing Water tank for Toilets and Kitchen having a capacity of 5000 lit for 10 days

Providing Water tank for Toilets in office, stage, VIP area etc. having 1000 lit each for 9 days

Providing Motor to pump water to the overhead tank for all days

Installing Scaffolding of required height and strength for providing elevated water tank

Providing Waste suction (as per actual) average 3 loads per day for 10 days

Waste water suction from kitchen area at 2 loads for 10 days

12. Other items

Providing Barricade using prefabricated steel units for the entire period

Providing Flower arrangement for cultural meet and youth summit, having an area of 40 ft.

Providing Queue manager for the entire period

Providing Electronic display board of size 10ft x 8 ft for displaying daily events and details of expo to be placed at prominent points in open area (80 sft*10 days= 800 days)
