Painting the corroded structural steel frames of various rolled sections at all elevations, by applying one coat of primer followed by two coats of Epoxy paint, so as to achieve the DFTs not less than 100 microns, 100 microns & 50 microns respectively, duly preparing the metal surfaces with power tools like buffing machine/ by chemical cleaners and removing the dust to achieve SA 2/st-3 standard finish, with all access scaffolding and safety arrangements such as safety belts and safety ropes etc, including cost of buffing wheels, hire charges buffing machine, cables for buffing machine etc., and labour charges with all lifts as directed by the engineer incharge. (All paints including thinner will be issued by the department from stores at free of cost.

ESTIMATED CONTRACT VALUE (ECV)

Note: The Contractor shall quote the rates excluding statutory obligations such as EPF, ESI, Goods & Service Tax. Quoting the rates inclusive of EPF, ESI, GST by the tenderer, the tender is liable for rejection even he becomes L1.

The statutory obligations such as EPF, ESI, Goods& Service Tax will be reimbursed on production of proper documentary evidence provided the amount claimed will be restricted to the provision made in the agreement or actuals whichever is lesser.
