Housekeeping of buildings and Internal Pathways at Heavy Water General Facilities, Hyderabad for a period of two years

Sweeping and mopping of buildings (RPUM office) on daily basis. Dusting of furniture, furnishings and other items provided in the RPUM office on daily basis. Materials required for sweeping & mopping and consumables like soap solution, disinfectants, etc shall be in the scope of the contractor. (1550 Sqm x 570 days = 883500)

Sweeping and mopping of buildings (HWGF guest house) on daily basis. Dusting of furniture, furnishings and other items provided in HWGF guest house on daily basis. Materials required for sweeping & mopping and consumables like soap solution, disinfectants, etc shall be in the scope of the contractor. (850 sqm x 730 days = 620500)

Collecting of waste from the dust bins and disposal of the garbage collected to the nearest municipal bins once in three days (i.e twice in a week) and arrangement for transportation of the garbage shall be in the scope of the contractor. Also cleaning of the clogged drains, drain channels, etc on as & when required basis. Cleaning of overhead water tanks of RPUM office, guest house & type-II quarters (once in a month). Cleaning of storm water drain channels (once in a month). Tools & tackles required for the job shall be in the scope of the contractor

Cleaning of office toilets and guest house toilets on daily basis, sweeping of stairs pertaining to type-2 quarters on daily basis & washing of stairs pertaining to type-2 quarters (once in a week) and sweeping of internal pathways of the complex on daily basis. Materials required for sweeping & cleaning including hand wash shall be in the scope of the contractor.( 750 sqm x 730 days = 547500)

Sweeping of rear peripheral area of RPUM Office, Guest House & Type-II quarters including two wheeler parking areas & car parking areas and collecting of dry leaves & other debris on daily basis and stalling at designated place for periodical disposal. Collected garbage shall be disposed periodically as per the norms prescribed by GHMC and arrangement for transportation of the debris shall be in the scope of contractor. ( 935 sqm x 570 days = 532950)

Periodical cleaning of Fans, light fittings, window panes, glass facade, ventilators, etc. on monthly basis in RPUM Office & HWGF Guest House.

Laundry services which includes washing with standard detergent, ironing, etc for HWGF Guest House.

Supply of following consumables for HWGF Guest House.

Bathing Soap having net weight of 30-40 grams each

Liquid Mosquito repellent bottle with wick of 45 ml each

Air freshener cake having net weight of 50 grams each (Jasmine/Rose/Lavender)

Attending to the plumbing maintenance jobs in RPUM office, Guest House and Type-II quarters on monthly basis. Tools & tackles required for the job shall be in the scope of the contractor.

Servicing of Aquaguard Water Purifiers as per the prescribed frequency i.e including replacement of filters and carbon cartridges through authorized service providers.
