S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S&F factory made solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, With Particle Board Core, 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing on page no. 161 of SSR Part -II complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors , windows , ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F anodised Aluminium alloy sections sliding windows with frames Series-C (20mm) and , 3 track sliding shutters duly fitted with neoprene beading, glazing clips, shutters with tinted glass 5mm thick and stainless steel wire cloth 0.35mm dia and average width of aperture 1.4mm , aluminium alloy handles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium anodised ventilator with fixed aluminium frame of size 65 x 40 x 1.98mm thick fixed in vertical position with aluminium vertical members and half portion to be provided with 4mm thick pin head glass and remaining portion to be louvered using 4mm thick pin head glass and louvered portion covered with stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm incl necessary channel frame work, including rubber gasket and aluminium beading complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick or stone wall/concrete surfaces on walls ,ceiling etc including raking out joints ,hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces/stone masonry and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:3) on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of the newly plastered surfaces of ceiling & applying 3 coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick of CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement with mixing of water proofing compound complete all as directed.

M&L Providing and applying cement base plaster of Paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M&L glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size 450x300x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match for surface of tiles, over 10 mm thick backing coat with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles, joint free, coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel window and fixing in same opening after making serviceable by welding , providing hinges and peg stay, PCC for holdfast etc including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete and making good the disturbed surface as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F butt Hinges, medium weight, stainless steel, 100 mm size complete all as specified.

M & L for powder coated aluminium grill of design No DG-104, 7.5mm thick sections of deco grill or of equivalent approved make with 1 mm thick 'F' sections of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F in repairs Tee grid suspension system of size 600 mm x 600 mm type-1 made out of roll framed hot dipped galvanised steel zince coated of not less than 120 gm/Sqm, main runner 0.3 mm thick of section 24 mm x 33 mm crross runner 0.30 mm thick of section 24 mm x 25 mm, wall angle shall be 0.63 mm thick of section 24 mm x 24 mm grid shall be suspended by 4 mm dia adjustable quick fit hanger rod, system exposed portion shall be pre painted polyester coated in off whitee/white in colour complete with material, fixing, jointing etc., with Coloured textured designer ceiling board 4mm thick of size 595 x 595 mm fixing with screws/clips complete all as per manufacturers instructions and direction.
