REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENT OF JOINERY WIRE MESH WINDOW/DOOR GLASS PANES CURTAIN RODS WIRE MESH AND MISC WORK IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN NALIYA

Taking down chowkats or frames (without taking of shutter from the frame) not exc. 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Ditto- all as per item No. 1 above but exc. 1.5 Sqm but n. exc. 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Taking down shutter of any description n. exc. 1 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Ditto- all as per item No. 3 above, but exc. 1 Sqm but n. exc. 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Taking down shutter of any description exc. 2 Sqm but n.exc 4.00sqm each fixing shutter in same opening after replacing frame (frame/chowkats measured & paid as per items No-6) complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

With or Without taking down shutter of any description n.exc. 1 Sqm and resecuring or easing,repairing & adjusting complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

With or Without taking down shutter of any description exc. 1 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each and resecuring or easing,repairing & adjusting complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight, chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supply & fixed complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65 x 100 mm comprising of Virgin PVC polymer of K Value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcuim carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/Cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire resistant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (M.S. hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for seperately) Note :- For WPC solid door/frames, minus 5 mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made

Ditto- all as per item No.9 above, but of frames/Chowkhat of size 65 x 125 mm complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.
