Bio-minig and Scientific closure of Legacy waste at the dumpsite in Kureepuzha, Kollam

Bio mining of legacy of waste deposited at corporation dump yard at Kureepuzha, Kollam including scientific disposal of residue/capping, as per SWM rules 2016, CPHEEO Manual for SWM 2016 ,CPCB guidelines for disposal of legacy waste -2019 and standards of Central / State pollution control board ,landscaping protect and maintain the capping and landscaping for 1 year. I ) The rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and duties including GST and the division of quoted rate will be considered as of following proportion for the purpose of payment/ valuation a) Bio mining of waste and scientifically clearing >80% of residue at contractors own risk and cost from site 50% of quoted rate b) Capping of remaining bio mined waste (quantity should be < 20% of the Bio-mined waste) 20% of quoted rate c) Landscaping including, construction of drains, wells, services roads etc. and handing over the site back to corporation by the contractor. 20% of quoted rate d) Protection and maintenance of capping and landscape for 1 year from the date of completion. 10% of quoted rate e) 100% of bio mining of legacy waste (with 100% land reclamation) and scientific disposal of non-recyclables/rejects/inerts/remnants at contractors own risk and cost from site -Balance 50% of quoted rate as per certified by the officer in charge II) A minimum of 80% of bio mined waste must be removed from site by the contactor’s own risk and cost scientifically conveyed and disposed. III) The quantity of waste Bio-Mined will be calculated from ‘Initial and Final ‘ levels taken at site in Cubic Meters .The levels of the site will be taken by department engineer or any other agency authorized by corporation under the supervision of departmental engineer in the presence of the contractor or his nominee. The initial level taken should be accepted by the contractor before the commencement of the work (Leveling work shall be done by automatic level/ total station survey or drone survey)
