300 Thick, Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by
mechanical means including stacking of serviceable materials
at a designated spot (approx. 100mtrs away) until the coating
and cathodic protection revamp work has been successfully
completed, and disposal of unserviceable materials outside
as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.Note : The rates are
applicable for all heights / depths and floors. Dismantling
activity to be carried out carefuilly so that minimum damage to
stones, if any shortfall of stones in relaying the stone pitching,
the same needs to be arranged by Contractor without any
additional cost.
20 DISMANTLING AND RELAYING OF Rubble Soling, 100.00 M3
Demolishing rubble soling including stacking of materials at a
designated spot (approx. 100mtrs away) until the coating and
cathodic protection revamp work has been successfully
completed. Note : The rates are applicable for all heights /
depths and floors as per tender specification and instruction
of engineering incharge Dismantling activity to be carried out
carefuilly, if any shortfall of stones in relaying the Rubble
Soling, the same needs to be arranged by Contractor without
any additional cost.
30 Dismantling and Relaying in postion RCC of specified 15.00 M3
nominal mix using 20mm and down size graded crushed
stone aggregate in sub structure of all types e.g. trenches,
culverts, manholes, pipe encasement, catchpits, drains, pits,
etc.,including placing of concrete,supplying pockets,openings,
recesses,chamfering wherever required etc., vibrating,
tamping, curing andrendering if reqd. to give a smooth and
even surface etc. all complete(excluding the cost of
reinforcement, but including the cost of centringand
shuttering)for all depths below and upto plinth level in any
shape,position, thickness etc. all complete as specified and
directed. Onlysteel shuttering will be used so as to obtain
required finish. Theheight of shuttering shall not exceed 1.5 m
per lift of concrete.M.sand is permitted based on meeting the
acceptance criteria: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 m sand: 3 grade
stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Demolished RCC
manually/ /mechanical means and disposal of unserviceable
materials outside as per direction of Engineer-in-
Charge.Note: for New RCC, Reinforcement cost will be paid
40 Supplying and placing HYSD steel reinforcement of Grade 500.00 kg
500 (TMT) conforming to IS 1786 in position for RCC
worksincluding straightening, cutting, bending, placing in
position andbinding with 16 SWG black soft annealed binding
wire at everyintersection, supplying and placing appropriate
cover block all completeincluding cleaning and making it free
from oil, grease etc. complete-for all heights and depths and
conforming to relevant IS code (Make: SAIL,TATA, JSW,
ESSAR, VIZAG STEEL or approved equivalent make
conforming to IS code)
50 SAND EXCAVATION AND BACKFILLING WORKS 3400.00 M3
The excavation works will be carried out manually, any
shoring required to prevent sand from collapsing shall be part
of the civil contractor’s scope. The excavated sand shall be
transported using manually/ tractor trolley and stacked to
designated spot (approx. 100mtrs away) until the coating and
cathodic protection revamp work has been successfully
completed. Once the coating and cathodic protection revamp
work is completed the contractor shall perform the backfill
works. The backfilling shall be carried out layer by layer
approximately 500 mm and shall be compacted with hand
operated Vibrator machine as per tender specification and
instruction of engineering incharge
60 Providing and laying PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE for all 20.00 M3
depths below and upto plinth level in
foundations,drains,fillings, non-suspended floors, pavements
& ramps or any other works etc.including the cost ofposition
cement concrete of specified grade including the cost
ofcentring and shuttering, tamping, ramming, vibrating,curing,
in anyshape,position,thickness and finishing the top surface
rough or smooth,etc. all complete as per directions of
Engineer-in-charge. - All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1
cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 crushed stone aggregate 40 mm
70 GEO TEXTILE SHEET Supply & Laying of TERRAM 1000 / 1400.00 M2
NETLON SI-401 (thickness 1000micron) non woven
geotextile material over fine sand as per BPCL standard
drawing and as per tender specification and instruction of
engineering incharge. Minimum lap of 300 mm is to be
provided. Contractor to consider Overlap quantity no
additional payment will be made.
80 Supply & laying 1000 micron UPVC Sheet( as per of 1400.00 M2
approved make confirming to BIS-2076-1981 ,over sand bed.
Job also includes providing appropriate lap of UPVC sheet on
joints, fixing of UPVC sheet on tank surface as well as dyke
wall by proper adhesive as per recommendation of
manufacturer. NOTE:Water tight stitching of the joints incl
adequate lapping (min 300mm) to be done as per tender
specification and instruction of engineering incharge.
Contractor to consider Overlap quantity no additional payment
90 Surface preparation of MSV surface using hand tool cleaning 1000 M2
and/or high-pressure water jetting in line with the technical
specification. Supply of low-viscosity, non-crystalline
polyisobutylene based visco-elastic tape 1.5 mm thickness &
100% solid polyurethane top layer (applied to a thickness of
@500 µ considering 40% wastage factor or as suggested by
The visco-elastic coating & polyurethane dual coating system
shall comprise of the base corrosion protection layer of low-
viscosity, non-crystalline, poly-isobutylene reinforced mesh
tape of 1.5 mm thickness and a non-woven top layer suitable
for top coating with spray/roller applied polyurethane coating
with 500µ thickness as per tender specification and
instruction of engineering incharge
100 Providing and fixing thermal insulation on LPG Pipe Line in 80 M
MSV area and at LPG pump house,including bends,pipeline
fittings, sizes from 150MM to 200 MM. Cost includes supply
and fixing of thermocol 75 mm thick & aluminium sheet
swg, screws complete as per tender specification and
instruction of engineering incharge
110 Design, Supply & Installation of multichannel TRU with rating 1.00 NO
50V/50A & 50V/25A, Auto, AVCC/CVCC modes, single
phase. There shall be 4 Nos. Cu/CuSO4 for each channel
and facility shall be provided to select one out of four
reference electrodes by means of a manually operated
reference selector switch. Degree of Protection : IP-54. Indoor
type as per tender specification and instruction of engineering
The rates shall be inclusive of removal of old CP system
incl.TRU and other assocuited parts of old CP system and
supply, installation, foundation laying, erection and any other
related works. Contractor to ensure that the erection and
installation of CP system equipment and material should be
carried out as per Industry / NACE standards. Before the start
of the works, the Contractor shall submit Drawings and
installation procedures for approval from TPIA / BPCL. CP
System designapproval to be taken from BPCL before
carrying out the job and post completion of the job two sets of
design and drawings to be submitted. CP System make shall
be any of the following three- Consultech/Raychem RPG/BSS
120 Supply & Laying of titanium wire MMO coated anode with 700 M
copper conductor dual insulated anode lead wire surrounded
by pre-packaged high conductivity coke breeze. Grade 1or
titanium to ASTM B863, Wire size 1.5mm ±0.1 mm as per
tender specification and instruction of engineering incharge

The earthing junction box shall be suitable enough to properly
house a solid-state DC decoupler. In case at site, it is found
that the size of earthing junction box is not suitable enough to
house the SSD properly, then the CP contractor shall replace
the earthing junction box with a bigger size without any
additional cost.

The rates shall be inclusive of supply, installation and any
other related works.
The size of the solid state DC decoupler shall be suitable
enough to be properly housed inside a earthing junction box.
In case at site, it is found that the size of the solid state DC
decoupler is not suitable enough to be housed properly inside
the earthing junction box, then the CP contractor shall replace
the earthing junction box with a bigger size without any
additional cost.
230 Supply & Installation of Surge Diverter shall be installed at 9 NO
every IJ, to protect the IJ’s from lighting surge. The tail cable
length of the surge diverter length should be sufficient enough
to reach to the cleats of IJ without any external jointing as per
tender specification and instruction of engineering incharge
The rates shall be inclusive of supply, installation and any
other related works.
240 Reference Electrode / Coupon Cable: Supply & Laying of 1C 3000 M
x 6 mm2 cable, cable shall be armored, Single Core with
stranded copper conductor, XLPE insulated, and PVC
sheathed and 600/1100V grade as per tender specification
and instruction of engineering incharge
250 MMO Anode to Anode Lead Cable: Supply & Laying of 1C x 2000 M
10 mm2 cable, cable shall be unarmored, Single Core with
stranded copper conductor, XLPE insulated and 600/1100V

260 Anode Header Cable (for looping anode junction boxes): 600 M
