Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specificallly provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:5:10), type E-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken portion of WC/toilet/bath complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick, in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete/brick work of sunken portion, mixed with Dr Fixit pidiproof LW+ or equivalent @ 200ml/50Kg of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of flexible polymer acrylic water proofing coating, 1mm thick (Dry film in two coats) using Dr Fixit pidifin 2K of M/S Pidilite Industries or equivalent including necessary pond testing in sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of size 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles,laid over 15 thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for coloured non skid/matt finish ceramic tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sq.m but not exceeding 0.18 sq.m in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 x 200 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glazed, coloured ceramic tiles of size 350 x 250mm x 7mm / 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm sqr with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for 15 mm bore of pipe including taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 15mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm sqr with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for 20mm bore of pipe including taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 20mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, PVC seat cover white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated hinging device for Anglo Indian WC/ English WC as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back of size 550mm x 400mm including brackets grouted in cement mortar 1:2 in wall complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparing, clean and dried plastered roof surfaces and applying APP modified water proofing membrane with non woven polyster reinforcement/ mat not less than 3mm thick having weight not less than 3.5 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous filler/ primer @ 250 gm/sqm conforming to IS 3384-1986 through approved applicator and applying bitumenious aluminium paint @ 100gm/sqm on top of APP membrane all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.
